check in procedures went smoothly and quick response. Dock was as advertised. Needs a couple of decent twin beds upstairs and grill is across the street on neighbor property. It was a pleasant stay.

We took a week vacation with our older two boys and chose this place because it had a dock hook up right out back and we were blown away with how wonderful the place was. It was clean, the beds were super comfortable, there was a washer/dryer to use for wet towels, the little patio out back was perfect for having coffee on in the mornings and the pool was just a quick drive away. Kelly (the condo host) was so helpful with any questions we had and welcomed us to her home. If you're looking for a place close to Put-In-Bay, this place is a diamond!

We enjoyed a long weekend. First visiting Put-In-Bay (it's only a half hour drive to Miller's Ferry), and then enjoying a day at the pool. Everything was as expected in the condo, and we had a great time! I enjoyed my morning coffee on the screened-in balcony/porch. I would definitely rent this property again! The sports bar near the condo was a bonus! Excellent food and prices.

Wonderful Condo

The condo was clean and stocked with little amenities. We have stayed in multiple condos in this area, and this was the nicest one yet. Having your own dock out the back door was a huge perk for our group.

Perfect Location for Birders

We really enjoyed the stay at this property. It was conveniently located for a group of birders visiting the parks between Toledo and Sandusky. Property managers were helpful and easy to communicate with. The condo was the perfect size for our group of 3 but could easily house double that or more. Hope to book here again for future visits to the lake.

Great place

Super nice and clean. We enjoyed our stay and everything was very well maintained and modern. One suggestion is that if you are short, to bring paper plates, as I could not reach anything in the upper cupboards, nor did I have anything to stand on to reach. Thanks for hosting us, we would definitely recommend.

Wonderful!

Property was clean and welcoming. The view of the water from the enclosed and private balcony was wonderful. We saw various birds and enjoyed watching the ducks on the water. The condo offered plenty of room especially with the loft area which offers room for sleeping as well as chairs for sitting. The property manager was attentive and truly seemed to care that are trip was more than satisfactory. We would definitely stay again!

Oak Harbor

The rental was clean and decorated very cute. The contact person, Kim, answered any questions and took care of any issues we had immediately. The fire alarms going off randomly our last full day was a bit of an issue , but Kim came right out and fixed everything. All in all, we enjoyed our time there.

Cute, Clean Condo.

Condo was clean and had great views. A plus was it had all the essentials. We brought our own since we did not know what to expect.A major asset for us was the restaurant located in same neighborhood. Our contact person communicated with us which was a plus also. This was very easy to clean when leaving since everything was available. Only reason I gave it 4 stars is the walk up to the condo. We are seniors so it was hard at first but we got used to it after 1/2 day.

Great Location Near Nature Preserves!

I have been traveling since I was three years old and this was my first time staying in a VRBO / Evolve - I was very impressed with the nice décor and cleanliness! (I will look for a VRBO in the future without steps though - need less work carrying luggage). The Ottawa Wildlife Refuge and Magee Marsh Nature Preserve are very close proximity to this condo - the Crane Creek Estuary Trail at Magee Marsh Nature Preserve was the best! Also, this condo is not super far from East Harbor State Park - great place to walk on lake beach. I will definitely look at places to stay with Evolve in the future!

Good overall place, with some simple improvements.

The communication with the property manager was excellent. We enjoyed the overall quality of the condo except for a few exceptions. These are easy improvements that could add a star to the rating. - Repair/maintenance/cleaning of the back porch (screens, doors, hardware, furniture, etc) - Cleanliness of the furniture. There were stains throughout the living room furniture and would be much improved if given a good cleaning. - The bedroom porch sliding door was extremely difficult to open - needs repaired. That's it. We are still glad we booked it and would probably do it again.

Site très isolé, peu de restaurants, bar à proximité, appartement avec peu d’équipement (vaisselle plastique) et escalier d’accès extérieur pas entretenu. En résumé cher pour ce qui est proposé, à réserver aux fans de pêche.

Hi Wilfred, we sincerely apologize you had a less than satisfactory experience. Since your stay, this condo has been taken over by new owners, we passed your feedback on to the new owners, and they would like to share the following: - We are the NEW owners, and during your stay, it was still under the OLD owner's care. Since we took over ownership, we have since deep-cleaned and updated all the towels and linens. We have bought new furniture, installed much larger TVs and appliances, and purchased new white dishes for the kitchen! For those who don't want to eat in, there's always the Wild Wings restaurant that is on the premises and a pizza place within minutes of the condo. We have changed the décor and throw pillows as well. The place has never been cleaner and looks better as reflected in our new listing photos, showing its new facelift. We have a new cleaning service to ensure our guests arrive at a clean, comfortable 100% guest-ready home to enjoy! We hope to have the opportunity to host you and provide you with the 5-star stay you truly deserve. We look forward to this home hosting many happy travelers!

A nice little condo that is clean and very close to Magee Marsh which is where we were spending our time. A very reasonable price as well. There were 2 issues we had with it. The first is the curtains. They are very sheer so if you like sleeping in the dark you won't be. The outside light woke me up in the middle of the night all three nights. Then you are up at the crack of dawn when the sun comes up. The other issue we had was the plastic plates. You can see the knife marks in the plastic so anytime you are cutting and hitting the plate you are eating plastic. Not so good for the health-conscious. The bed was ok. Not really comfortable but not terrible either. All in all a solid 3 out of 5 if you can live with the light and the cheap dishes.
