Escape from the hustle and bustle of everyday life at this little slice of paradise nestled on the edge of the Chincoteague Bay! Bay Daze is a clean, comfortable and modern townhome (end unit) offering all the amenities you'll need for a perfect vacation! On the main level you'll find an open living space featuring a nice kitchen with breakfast bar, dining area, and living room with new furniture! There are water views from every room! Upstairs features 2 bedrooms (both suites with private bathrooms, balconies, and TVs) - one bedroom has a King bed and the other a King bed and trundle daybed. Drop your fishing line in the water right out your back door, or dock your boat for easy access. There is also a garage and on site boat trailer parking. The possibilities are endless at this waterfront property! Call today; this one books quickly. Note: This unit features a private boat dock (slip #5).

Stunning views

Super convenient to Chincoteague. Property was clean and comfortable and has the added advantage of a garage. We enjoyed our time their and would happily go back. Highly recommend

Check-in was easy. Property was great. Only disappointing thing was having to makeniur own beds once we got there after being on the road all day and the 4 o'clock check-in. And then having to have all the dishes put away before we left, o no coffee or anything on the morning we left because of the long drive in front of us. First rental ( of MANY) where we had those inconvenient requirements. Bot complaints, just inconveniences. Loved the property.

Perfect getaway

Cleanliness was exceptional. Online pictures did not due justice to the actual view! Truly felt like a home away from home. Great kitchen table for board games. Comfy furniture for movie night. Beautiful condo

Nicely appointed condo on Marsh Island! Loved the location right on the water. Enjoyed sitting on the deck watching the boats go by! Hope to stay here again!

My family (husband, daughter, and two grandchildren) really enjoyed our stay at Bay Daze. It was cozy and well suited for children. We had a few issue and Chincoteague Vacation Rentals handled them promptly, completely, and courteously. The highlight was the wonderful vantage point of Chincoteague from our little island. It was lovely! All the appliances worked well and were clean and well maintained. The two down sides of this house are all the steps. For someone physically challenged this place would never work. Also there is absolutely no space to store your clothing (other than hangers). Living out of a suitcase for a week is not fun. We’d stay here again! We discovered a pigeon had made a nest behind the air conditioning unit and there was an egg in it! She watched over it diligently! We were hoping it would hatch while we were there. My grandkids loved checking up in it!

Our family loved staying at Bay Daze. The house was clean and even had a baby gate which was fantastic. The bedrooms were decent sizes and our kids loved the big beds and having their own bathroom. Washer and dryer are great for days at the beach. The only thing I would love to see is locks on the cabinets that have chemicals in the kitchen and bathrooms.

It has beautiful water views to catch the sunrise and sunset and you can fish and crab anytime. From both of the bedrooms you had a door to go out and set on the balcony. This house has it all.

I would definitely stay here again. The location was great, the views were awesome. The condo was very well equipped and very nice. My only complaint was that it wasn’t cleaned that great beforehand. I addressed this with rental company. Otherwise we had a fabulous week in Chincoteague!!

Will definitely stay here again. The location is great as it's slightly off the Island but very easily accessible. The 2nd and 3rd floor decks were incredibly relaxing. Could hear the live music from ChincoTiki and RopeWalk. Highlights were definitely our private tour with Captain Dan's Boat Tours and The Village Restaurant for their fantastic fresh seafood.

Great Views

We enjoyed our stay at the property. Very short drive to "downtown." The views from every window were wonderful. If there was anything that could have been improved, it would be the quality of the mattresses. They were very firm and almost reminded us of "camp" beds in a "bunkhouse."

Bay Daze was amazing! great location, love the pier, nice unit. only drawback is paying a $119 cleaning fee and being expected to vacuum and sweep.

This place was had amazing views and was so clean and comfy!

We really enjoyed crabbing and being right on the bay! It was perfect for my son who loves to fish. The house was clean and beautifully decorated. We hope to come back next summer for longer if possible! Highly recommended

The property was spot on from the description, a little rustic, but clean and weathered like a place you would make a family tradition to visit. My wife’s favorite part was the decks with good water views and comfortable chairs for sunning. My favorite part was the great dock for convenient fishing and the dolphin sightings through the channel. The great thing about the property is the location and quick trip to the beach and the best restaurants; especially on days when you’re in the midst of vacation level loafing and delivery is the best option. We would come back again.

Home was beautiful, relaxing and in the perfect location. Views from the balconies were fantastic. It was nice being off the main island, yet less then a 2 minute ride over to enjoy the shops and beach. Very relaxing stay.
