Large Top Floor Unit Just Steps to the Beach and Boardwalk

Large three bedroom, two bath, top floor unit just a few short blocks to the famous Wildwood Beaches and Boardwalk. Large Parking Garage under the building with two dedicated parking spots for this unit. There is also a private storage unit for this unit in the garage area that the owner has left beach gear for tenants to use. There entrance to the unit is to the front left of the building. The front of the unit is a highly desirable open concept living room, dining area and kitchen. From here you will find access to the large front deck equipped with furniture to enjoy those beautiful summer days. To the rear of the property you will find a hall bathroom, Laundry Closet with private washer and dryer and three bedroom. The Master bedroom has a private bathroom and private deck off the rear of the property. TV's in all bedroom and Living Room. High Speed WIFI included.

The Powers Group is a Full-Service Vacation Rental Company that handles the rental of properties throughout Cape May County! Booking your Vacation rental through us can help ease the process of booking Summer reservations and save you money. All of our reservations have an amenities package included in the cost of stay. This includes bedsheets for all beds and towels. Tenants will need to bring Extra Pillows and Blankets, Additional Personal Toiletries, Groceries, Paper Products, Beach Equipment, and Beach Towels. Throw Pillows and Bedspreads are provided. Additional Linen and Beach Equipment Rentals are available through Beach Home Services, Linen Group LLC.

VRBO is a property advertising website. All final decisions regarding reservations are at the owners sole discretion. Once a reservation is confirmed on our end, your actual payment is taken, reservation confirmation sent, and lease is generated. Once the lease is signed by both the property owner and tenant, then your reservation is final.

The Powers Group Vacation Rentals Cancellation Policy: Any payments put towards a reservation total are refundable, minus fees, once the dates have rebooked at the original rate.

Please Note: This property does not accept group rentals or tenants under the age of 25. Reservations signed for by parents / legal guardians are not permitted. Discovery of any reservation created under false or misleading pretenses is subject to eviction without reimbursement.

I feel like the unit was better in person than in pictures! Great location near many places we planned to visit. Ralph stayed in touch and was super helpful with any questions we had! Would definitely recommend

Checkin in was very easy with the instruction they give you. Internet was spotty. The kitchen could use some updated appliances. The stove had burnt stains on it in which the project manager tried to take care of it. It was very hot the week we stayed and th AC could not keep the place at the set temp of 73. Notified Ralp the property manager( by the way who was really great) who was not able to get us a ac repair person instead got us a window unit to see if it would help. Over all it was a nice stay for the family

Worst Vacation Ever!

I had booked this place for 2 weeks. First 3 days were very good. On the 4th day we were awoken by loud construction noise and shaking of the condo. It appeared that the unit below us was being gutted and renovated. Construction started at 7:30AM. And they worked every day except Sunday. We were promised reduced hours of construction and no work on Saturday but that was a lie. We were also told that work would be complete by Monday. Another lie. We departed 5 days early and received no refund or apology. Police were called on us for harassment by the other unit owners. After 27 years of going to Wildwood and Wildwood Crest, we will never go back.

Wildwood Family Vacation

We hadn’t been to Wildwood for 4 years and were very excited to get back. The location was great, so convenient to the boardwalk and to restaurants…we parked the car and walked everywhere for the whole week. Great property…great vacation.

I clean houses for a living and this place was definitely the cleanest rental we have ever vacationed in . The owners/ property people were friendly and even gave me their personal number so I could text if we needed anything . Not too bad of a walk to the beach / boardwalk and it is close to many restaurants. Outdoor shower was nice to clean up before heading back up from the beach and the condo had tons of space . We really enjoyed our stay .

Very clean place! The beds were very comfortable!

The property was very nice & clean. The only downside was there was only 1 set of keys for the 5 people at the condo. Also the keys did not unlock the doors very easily. The tenets on the first floor used WD40 & sprayed it in the door locks. The lock box that held the keys was hard to close also. We enjoyed our time though!
