Relaxing oasis

Loved our stay! This home was equipped with everything you need! The patio and view of the mountain was beautiful and serene! The stars at night from the comfort of the chairs were the best! Great location and definitely will come back!

Great place!

Our family had a great stay here! It was a very comfortable space, kitchen had everything we needed to do basic cooking and had a great pantry with spices and extras. We loved the fooseball table in the garage and our 4 year old loved the toy and game selection. Leann reached out before our stay to touch base about the property and things to do in the area which I found helpful! And she was able to provide us with a step stool when we asked which is so helpful with a small kid! And the hiking right out the back gate was wonderful, beautiful views and so many trails to check out all without having to drive. Would definitely stay here again!

Wonderful quiet retreat

This property was just what the pictures showed. It's in a quiet neighborhood with easy access to freeways and local shopping. The kitchen is well stocked and roomy with lots of space. The highlight is the master bathroom with a wonderful shower fixture that is to die for. The beds are comfortable with wonderful linens. There are plenty of towels also. The patio was beautifully furnished and very private with a great gas grill. We would definitely stay there again. The owner is very friendly and wanted to be sure we were comfortable.

Desert Nature Preserve Outside Your Backdoor

I picked this property to entertain my two daughters who had a long weekend durning the school year. Check-in could not have been easier. The house was comfortable and clean and had everything we would want to cook or clean during our stay. This property back-up to South Mountain and my girls and I took advantage of the hiking and nature opportunities right outside the backyard. There is a lot of native wildlife to observe just sitting in the backyard if you feel like relaxing. We cooked every evening. There are lots of grocery stores in the area to chose from. There are plenty of utensils and cookware. We ate on the large kitchen table and had plenty of room. My 9 year old discovered the foosball table in the garage and we had a lot of fun playing together. We hiked straight from the backyard gate directly onto the trails. So no annoying looking for a parking space at a public drop-off spot. We did flatter hikes with the girls and I hiked the more challenging ridge lines by myself. LeeAnn was a wonderful host and checked in to make sure everything was going well. She was responsive when I texted her and made our stay more enjoyable. Highly recommended if you enjoy nature but also want to be close to all the modern conveniences of a metropolitan area.

Hiking Trip

We had a wonderful time staying at this property. The property was very clean, comfortable and great location. We enjoyed hiking right outside the back door as well as the short amount of time it took to get to restaurants and shopping! Just a great property all around! Would definitely stay here again!

The house was spotless and had everything we needed for the week we were there. We cooked inside and grilled. Enjoyed the fire pit and the easy access to hiking. We ventured out in the area a lot but could have spent all of our time here. Very quiet neighborhood. Everything really was perfect. I have no complaints and would absolutely rent again if I return to the area.

Nice mini home away from home

My family and I were in town for a wedding and this house was like being back at home. It had everything we needed for our girls to make our trip easy. It’s a shame we were kept busy all weekend and didn’t get to fully enjoy the outdoor space or even the hiking trails - but there’s always next time!

Amazing Customer Service and Attention to Detail

We were searching for home to spend spring break week as a family. We found the check-in process simple and easy. The outside courtyard had shade, sun, eating and fire pit options to relax and talk. The house was clean, decorated nicely and stocked with everything we could need for a week's stay. The kitchen had dishes, pots, pans and basic spices We found paper products, extra linens and towels. We received a courtesy call from LeAnn, the property owner/manager, prior to our visit. She was then very prompt responding via text to any questions we had during our stay. We found the neighborhood to be quiet and the neighbors we met were friendly. The back gate access to South Mountain hiking was a really fun perk. Anything we wanted to see or do in the Phoenix area seemed to be a short travel distance. I would seek this property or any other in LeAnn's care if/when we go back to visit Phoenix.
