The Treehouse is so called as it nestles into the canopy of the large, small-leaf fig where the birds love to visit. Positioned immediately adjacent to our resort style pool, delight also in the ocean views. Inside, all the amenities you could want, and if something else is needed simply ask us - we have virtually everything in the main house.

Even today, after owning this home for some years, we continue to experience a little thrill of 'wow!' every time we arrive. And now, you too can experience Squeaky Sands as your (holiday) home.

As you enter the Balinese style garden and head down the block of this unassuming beach-house, little will you believe what awaits. Alighting into the lush back yard en-route to your tiny-house, you'll be awestruck by the ocean views afforded from every terraced level. Can’t get enough of these views? We can’t either! So grab a wine from your gift basket and have a seat on your exclusive Treehouse deck for some ship, bird and whale-watching.

Our guests tell us that they love the tranquility. Set far enough back from the beach and ocean (but close enough too), this is tree-top living with ocean views. The bird-life is abundant and the views always changing to respond to the moments of climate and nature.

With first-class appliances, and virtually everything we could think of that might reasonably be needed, the galley kitchen with full size fridge freezer is a gourmet chef's delight. With plenty of space, the extension dining table is big enough for a huge feast. And if you don’t feel like cooking there are restaurants nearby, some that deliver, or we offer exclusive catering upon request. Or fire up the BBQ on your deck, pool-side.

The KS bed invites lazy mornings, drinking in tree and ocean views, and coffee from the French Press. Or hit the twin head shower, luxuriate in the overhead rainshower and enjoy the multiple settings of the hand held - operating from separate taps for ultimate temperature controls.

If you love a good movie or to watch sport the large flatscreen HD TV and surround sound brings it all to life. We have an array of DVDs you can borrow, beyond those in the Treehouse. You can plug your own device in via HDMI for your own streaming services. Or listen to your tunes or pods via Bluetooth stereo connection.

The garden is a delight with ocean views and glimpses from everywhere including in the heated pool. Plenty of room for 'at-home' picnics if you simply cannot bear to head to the beach because this place is simply superb. You can hang out by the resort style pool and enjoy the space.

**The path to the treehouse, which is at the back of our yard, is rustic paved and sealed, and it has a steep section with handrails and garden steps without handrails My 85yo dad got around it ok, so just saying you need to be reasonably fit, able and careful.
