I needed some peace and quiet and that's what I got, just me and my dog. It rained all weekend, but this 'shed' is so well appointed with so many treats included, I just didn't want to leave! The property is lovely and I got a swim in before the rain started. Roslyn was so helpful throughout. Just a gorgeous stay and exactly what I needed.

A peaceful getaway

A very peaceful property, lots of little areas to enjoy a drink and watch the sunset. Very accommodating for our dog and only 25 mins to the beach.

Ros was really helpful throughout our 15 night stay. We were moving home and had two cars and a trailer with us and a place was found for each one without issue. Terrific place when travelling with dogs too. The yard to the Packing Shed was secure and the access to the full extent of the property throughout our stay to exercise our two dogs was very welcome. Would stay at the Packing Shed again. Thanks. Ros.

We had a wonderfully relaxing stay at this scenic hinterland cottage. The setting is peaceful and beautiful, perfect for switching off, and the pool was fantastic. The pizza oven was a real highlight — we made some great pizzas and enjoyed every minute. Our host was absolutely sensational, with thoughtful attention to detail and an incredibly generous welcome, providing everything from fresh fruit to snacks. It truly made us feel at home. We can’t recommend this place highly enough and will definitely be back.

Lovely quiet get away. Everything you need to stay as long as you want. Ideally situated with only a short drive to the beach/ bush walks/ local markets/ eats out or just chill by the fire pit! Thanks Ros, great place!
