Centrally located & lovingly maintained family home

This 3 bedroom, 2 living space home with fully secure outdoor spaces begins at the front decking that allows you to enjoy your morning coffee as you watch the world go by. Head indoors and you will find the first of two living spaces. This light filled room has comfortable sofas, a perfect space to relax and enjoy a glass of wine over a good book.

There are 2 bedrooms with Queen beds and the master with built in robes. The last bedroom has 2 singles, this can be combined into a King but please contact the office if this is required at least 48hrs prior to your check in day. There is 1 bathroom with both bath and separate walk-in shower as well as a separate toilet. Making it ideal for 2 couples or a family.

The second living space is the heart of the home. An open plan kitchen, living and dining room with split system for both summer and winter. Off this area you will find a BBQ in a secure courtyard for those quiet evening moments.

The kitchen is well equipped with a plenty of counter space, large pantry, dishwasher and microwave as well as separate laundry with washing machine for your stay.

Fortuna Rose is a lovely little cottage waiting to be your home away from home.

Note: Garage is not accessible.

Lovely historic cottage

My husband and I together with our grandson stayed in this lovely old cottage for two nights. It is situated 10 minutes walk from the centre of Port Fairy and is charming in every way. We all loved our stay here.

Comfortable and well sited

Very comfortable and spacious and well appointed. A short walk into the town centre. Very dog friendly with a small enclosed lawn area. The agents were easy to contact and quite helpful. We would stay there again.

A comfortable homely cottage

A lovely well presented property. Nice and bright, and had everything to make us feel at home. Plenty of space, and walking distance from all amenities. Would stay here again.

Wonderful home

We had a lovely time at the property. The house is clean tidy and well equipped with all the things you need. Quality linen and towels provided. Heating worked well for the cold days. We took our 2 dogs and there was plenty of fenced in space for them outside. Close to the the town centre and beaches. We had a great stay!

Comfortable and close to town

We enjoyed our stay in Port Fairy. The house was comfortable, and the kitchen was well-equipped. We had heavy rain for our whole stay but the lounge could accommodate our four children for game time.

Cute Cottage in a perfect spot!

We loved our stay in the modernised cottage, the spacious living area was great with our group and we found the house had great facilities. Short stroll to the shops and beach were a highlight to our holiday. First time to Port Fairy and we loved the village feel and relaxed vibe!

House was lovely but some areas a bit more run down than pictures. Property managers were excellent and very pleased with the service. Beds very comfortable and bedding was good quality. Living space was great. Location was excellent.
