We had a wonderful stay. We will stay here again. The house was very clean. The parking is behind the house , so you do not have to park on the street. The house is very short walk to the historic downtown. The property owner was very quick to respond to any questions we had. I would recommend this property to anyone coming to St Augustine.

The rental was ok. It is close to everything, kitchen has been remodeled nicely and beds are comfy. This is not a stand alone home, there is a unit directly above so there is some noise. Communications were ok.

Great location. Lovely home. Great setup for two couples. My only "complaint" is that there is no closet in one of the bedrooms, so no place to hang clothes. It would be nice to at least have hooks for hanging stuff. Otherwise it was awesome.

House was just what we needed! There is a bathroom per each bedroom which was very nice. Host was super quick to respond and left a great amount of resources for the area.

Easy process to book, check in and check out. I appreciated the very detailed information on what would be available to us for paper products, shower items, laundry and dish soap. You couldn’t ask for a better location, so close to the historic area that you could walk easily. For a 2/2 with full kitchen, parking (not on the street) and this location it was well worth it.

The place was very nice, roomy, and clean. There is a driveway with a large parking area in the back. An indoor porch in the front and an outdoor porch in the back with a gas fire and a grill. The kitchen was nicely appointed. The location is right in the heart of the historic district. I would absolutely stay there again.
