Best bang for your buck in Bethany Beach! Short walk to downtown attractions and even closer to the ocean waves and soft sand. Location, price and amenities make this the perfect destination for your family vacation. Plenty of room inside this two story townhome that feels more like a single family. Inside you will find an open living and dining area with access to front and rear decks (with grill), outside shower, powder room, kitchen and garage for all your beach storage needs. Upstairs has a master suite, two bedrooms and a full bath. This location is just a short walk to the beach and town for playing in the surf or shopping. No smoking.

-Linens and towels are not provided but are available for an additional fee of $260
-Bedding: Pyramid bunk bed (Double/twin) + Trundle, King, 2 twins, Queen (Sleeps 10)

The trolley is handy. The pool is a nice bonus for taking a break from the beach.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had a delightful time in Bethany visiting with family.The home was as depicted in the pictures. It is nicely equipped in the kitchen and the updates that have been made are great. Having both a gas and charcoal grill were a plus. It was a nice surprise to have bicycles and beach chairs available to us. We had 3 maintenance items that we documented immediately to the management company. One was addressed right away and fixed. One I asked to be fixed while we stayed there and it was not addressed and the other is a long term repair that needs to be addressed by the association.Overall our stay was without incident.
