The Space:
Guests will find immediate comfort in this beautiful four-bedroom home, expertly designed and furnished in a modern style. Featuring 3 bedrooms, this property comfortably sleeps 12 guests between 2 queen beds, 1 king, a twin bunk, and a sofa bed.

The updated kitchen is equipped with top-of-the-line appliances allowing you to prepare meals for your family. You can also use the barbeque in the spacious backyard. The dishwasher ensures easy clean-up after meals.

After a busy day in the CBD, you can relax in any of the multiple decks available to enjoy the serene lakeside views. You can also warm up by the fire pit in the expertly landscaped backyard or have a cosy movie night in front of the large couch in the central living space

The rental property boasts an array of extensive amenities to make your stay as comfortable and convenient as possible, including wireless internet, cable TV, streaming services, washer and dryer, and many more.

Guest Access:
You have private access by using a lockbox and key. The base price is for two people (1 room). Access will only be provided to rooms that are booked and paid for. If cleaners find that unpaid beds were used, an extra cleaning fee will be incurred. Please choose the number of guests when checking availability/pricing.

Located in the picturesque suburb of Eaglehawk, this property is situated opposite Lake Neangar and provides easy access to local attractions such as Canterbury Park and the Botanical Gardens. Take a leisurely stroll through the park and visit the sports centres, or walk a few minutes to the Bendigo Leisure Center.

Stop in for a quick feed at Darcy’s Bakery while exploring the many cafes and shops along High St. Alternatively, take a quick drive into Bendigo's CBD for even more great dining options and shopping.

Head over to the historic Star Cinema for a quick drink at The Chambers wine bar, then indulge in a relaxing movie night.

With offerings for the whole family, kids will enjoy some time at the vibrant Eaglehawk Playspace on Napier St.

Just a quick walk to the Eaglehawk Station, visitors can plan a day trip into Melbourne via the V line and enjoy the scenic views along the way.

**Security Deposits**

We place a temporary AUD 500 authorisation hold on your credit or debit card from two days prior to check-in. This is not a charge; it simply ensures funds are available if needed. The hold is released within 3-7 days of check-out, provided the property is in good condition. A small bank processing fee (typically around AUD 2) may apply. Banks require us to renew the authorisation hold weekly. Security deposits may vary for more extensive listings. Please check the specific listing details for any variations.

**Damage Waiver (Optional)**
For some bookings, you may have the option of a non-refundable damage waiver instead of the security deposit. This is a smaller percentage of the security deposit amount. You can choose either the security deposit or the damage waiver during the booking process, depending on availability. The damage waiver covers limited accidental damage to the property or its contents, such as broken dishes or minor spills. The damage waiver does not cover intentional damage, theft, or loss of property.
