This GORGEOUS home is the perfect combination for those wanting privacy and a convenient location. This beautifully updated four-bedroom home is located in a quiet neighborhood perfect for walking. The main level offers a bright layout with beautiful views with fully stocked eat-in kitchen or you can enjoy your meals alfresco on the generous deck area located right off the living room with gas grill provided. In the living room you will find comfortable seating plus a large flat screen TV. Three bedrooms are on the main level with the remaining bedroom located in walk out basement area.. The lower level has a large family room area for hanging out, where you can watch the large flat screen TV with large windows overlooking the lake. The lower level sliding doors open to a gently sloped path to the large dock with seating. You have room to roam whether it's catching some sun on the dock or swimming and kayaking / canoeing in the wide water cove. The owners have provided their guests with 2 Kayaks, 1 Paddle-board and 1 Canoe, plus plenty of life jackets to enjoy. There is a 4 night minimum during the off season months.

This Home has 3 exterior security cameras: 1 pointed at front entrance, 1 pointed at garage and 1 pointed at rear walkway and dock
Owners have provided their guests with 2 Kayaks, 1 Paddle-board and 1 Canoe.

Beautiful house on the water and close to Moneta
The property is on the water and situated in a quiet residential neighborhood. The house is large, updated and very clean with all the amenities. The location is a short drive to Moneta for shopping and restaurants. We would definitely stay at this location again.

All my husband requested for his 60th birthday was to spend a few days at Smith Mountain Lake with just the family. This home was beautiful and the location was excellent. It was a wonderful way to celebrate his birthday and spend some quality family time. This is a beautiful home!

Wonderful location
Stayed at Pine and Paddle for 7 nights. This is our 3rd time at the SML and this location was the best one. Conveniently located just a short drive to everything. Neighborhood is perfect for walking in the mornings. Plenty of very friendly deer to entertain us and enjoy our strawberries!! Views from house and deck were very nice. Upper deck on house could benefit from a ceiling fan or two, no air flow really. The docks were wonderful with plenty of room. There was only one kayak and no paddle board or fire table on the dock which was shown in the pictures and kinda disappointing but we managed with the canoe and one kayak. House truly had everything you would need and the two fridges were a definite plus! Didn’t think about bringing dish towels along with sheets/bath towels but there was only one and with no dish rack, it would’ve been convenient to have a couple more. Overall we had a wonderful time!! Thank you Lademann family for sharing your home!
