Adjacent is a dine and lounge area with cathedral ceilings and a balcony with panoramic views to the hills and wetlands. The main bedroom is also upstairs with spacious ensuite and bath. There is a small office or 5th bedroom (fold out single bed). Downstairs, there is another big living area, a kitchenette, another bathroom and laundry with a further shower and toilet. Downstairs there are three bedrooms, one queen and two with bunks. Each level is fully self-contained. There is an outdoor entertaining area off the downstairs living area with BBQ. There is a garage with table tennis and mini skate ramp.
