Catalina is your dream getaway in the tropics. Relax surrounded by the established gardens overlooking your private pool and cabana and let all your worries melt away in the
balmy breeze.

Three large bedrooms are located upstairs and may be configured with either a king bed or twin singles to suit any needs. Each bedroom also boasts an en-suite bathroom, a
walk-in robe and a balcony overlooking the private garden and Mirage Golf Course.

Downstairs the open plan living, dining and kitchen provide a seamless space to entertain, extending outside to the al fresco dining and entertainment area with built in barbeque.
Located within a secure gated estate, Catalina provides a luxurious private retreat for the discerning traveler.

Lovely location

House and location suited us perfectly.. Our party consisted of two couples plenty of room for the 4 of us & then some
 Villa is part of a complex, & backs on to a gorgeous golf course, it is quiet & private.. We loved it & would come back again.

Loved it

We were so sad to leave this beautiful house. It was perfect for our family holiday. We usually stay in town, however wanted to stay somewhere the kids would have their own pool and space and this did not disappoint. Everything about this place was perfect and so easy. We will be back.

Excellent property

Really fantastic property, very spacious and versatile layout. The whole house has great ventilation, fans and air con to keep you comfortable in all weather conditions. Pool area and gardens are a real highlight, we spent every afternoon out there and loved every minute of it. Bedrooms were very large, all with walk in robes and ensuites, linen and towel were good and clean. Kitchen was well appointed, can’t recall thinking we needed something it didn’t have. Very handy to have an internally accessed garage as well. Location is great however quite a lot of construction happening behind the property which starts at 6:45am every weekday. Construction seems to finish about 2pm, after which it is very peaceful and quite area. 5mins into town, very little traffic. There is a cafe/function centre next door which is handy however only went once as it isn’t open until 7:30, lots of great cafes in town for sure.

Absolutely loved our stay with our friends! What you see in the pictures is what you get.

Our group of 6 thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Catalina! Everything was just perfect. Air conditioning was super cool and the garden were beautiful. A great little oasis in paradise with all the comforts of home.

Amazing

This was an amazing stay thank. Fantastic 3 bedroom villa with all facilities you could ask for. Excellent standards of cleanliness and everything worked perfectly. The pool and alfresco areas are great and the view across the valley from the bedrooms are amazing. Couldn't fault it in anyway.

Excellent property

This is an excellent property - very quiet, comfortable and well equipped. It’s a little out of the main town but with his busy the town was we were okay with this. Stayed with two kids who loved the pool. Great aspect at the back and good coffee shop next door. Port Douglas accommodation are also very professional.

Ideal Family Holiday Villa

Family stayed in this spacious and clean villa in June. Beautifully appointed and located in a terrific, quiet location, this villa was an ideal option for a family with 3 teenagers. property managers were terrific to deal with and the cafe located next (St Crispins) was a great breakfast option. we'll be back.

Great stay and location

We are former locals who chose this property because of the layout and location. We have a 5 and 9 years old who had the best time ever. Chris and Natalie the property managers we’re very friendly and polite and would recommend this property to anyone from small family, to a few couples or even two small families. Very spacious and clean, highly recommend.

Fantastic villa in quiet neighborhood

My partner and I had the best 1 week stay at the Catalina Villa. The villa is very spacious and clean. We only used one of three bedrooms but it would be definitely big enough for 6 people if you travel with family or friends. The quiet neighborhood is exactly what we needed with a beautiful view of the Golf course. The pool was our favorite hangout spot to relax or read a book. The kitchen is very well equipped if you feel like staying home and cook your own meals. They even have a big BBQ on the patio. If you want to eat out for dinner make sure to book a few weeks in advance as the hospitality industry is understaffed and can't keep up with the demand in PD. Make sure you check out the lovely St. Crispins Cafe next door for breakfast. The property manager Chris was extremely kind, helpful, and easy to communicate with. In all, we absolutely loved our holidays and wished we could have stayed longer. We can't wait to visit again.
