We understand that comfort and furnishing preferences vary from person to person. While this is the first time we've received this feedback, we appreciate you sharing your perspective. Regarding the exterior stairwells and common areas, these are maintained by the HOA. We promptly notified them of the lighting concern and were advised that they were working toward a resolution. We always want our guests to have a comfortable and enjoyable stay, and we appreciate the opportunity to address concerns whenever possible. Thank you again for choosing to stay with us.
