This short-term vacation rental is a sun-drenched mid-century charmer, built by Alexander Construction company back in 1959. This home features post and beam architecture, a rock fireplace, comfortable home furnishings, and plenty of colorful decor throughout.

You and your guests will walk into the vintage style living room where you'll find fabulous yesteryear and modern furnishings that blend nicely against the wall of glass looking outside to the pool area.

With an open floor plan, it`s easy to enjoy dining and entertaining with friends and family. The kitchen has been fully renovated with new cabinets, appliances, quartz countertops, a beautiful backsplash, and a tiled wall. It is supplied with everything you need to cook a gorgeous meal and just a few steps away you'll enjoy the colorful dining area that sits eight.

Off the dining room is another living area, colorfully decorated with a comfortable sofa, a pass-through fireplace, and some marvelous décor that'll entertain your group. Step outside to the patio and sit under the misters while enjoying a cocktail with friends, or float in the saltwater pool enjoying the warm sun. The eight-foot-deep pool has two in pool seats in the deep end and shallow seating the full width of the pool. Not to forget the above ground hot tub that'll soothe your entire body after a long day of exploring the Coachella Valley.

The first guest bedroom can be found just off the living room. This bedroom retreat provides your guest with a Queen size bed, television, and direct access to the pool area. The other three bedrooms are located on the other side of the house. Each of the two guest bedrooms provide a Queen size bed, ceiling fan, television, and ample storage for all your vacation clothes. The three guest bedrooms share the bathroom located in the hallway which features a shower/tub combo. The primary bedroom features a King size bed, ceiling fan, television, en-suite bathroom, and direct access to the pool.

Outside you and your guests will discover paradise! The larger saltwater pool is the epic center of the yard, and yes, it's as refreshing as it looks – get ready to make a splash. When you're not enjoying the pool, you can ignite the natural gas bbq and have a cookout. When the day becomes night, you'll enjoy the fire pit that sits amongst a large patio sectional. There's also ample sitting underneath the patio cover where you'll find a table for outdoor dining – now that's how you live the Palm Springs lifestyle.

This vacation home was built by the famed Alexander Construction Company and sits on a quiet street in one of the first Palm Springs mid-century modern neighborhoods, known as the Racquet Club Estates. This historic neighborhood was once the playground for the infamous Rat Pack and Hollywood celebrities, and it sits in a perfect location near downtown. Make the short mile-and-a-half drive to the famed Palm Canyon Drive and explore the charming shops, restaurants, and museums.

This vacation rental is located in a peaceful and tranquil residential neighborhood perfect for your next poolside getaway. In order to keep the tranquility of the community, we ask that you be respectful and mindful of your neighbors while on vacation. These homeowners have made this home available to share with responsible groups that will treat the home and neighborhood with respect.

In order to maintain the highest quality of our homes and the peace and quiet of our neighborhoods, all guests must adhere to the city and house rules. The city prohibits music and loud noise. The city strictly enforces these rules and prohibits parties, events, music, street parking, and disruptive guests. No music is allowed at any time. Quiet hours are between 9:00pm and 10:00am and guests are asked to be inside and mindful of neighbors. Overnight guests shall not exceed the property's posted occupancy.

Friendly Reminder: Optional pool heat is available at an additional cost of $69 nightly or $345 weekly. Pool heat is recommended October thru May. For this, we will preheat your pool and ensure it is heated upon your arrival to a comfortable 86 degrees. Additionally, you will have access to heat the above ground hot tub to 102 degrees at no additional cost.
