Rooms are nice! Everything was in its place. Need to be upgraded on furniture with better chairs and TV's in the bedroom. For the kids to watch and basic cable tv. Please!

Atlantic City stay

There were plenty of things to indoors, which turned out to be great we were rained in most of our stay. Make sure to bring a small vehicle for parking garage, otherwise you will pay 30 a day to park in a near by parking lot.

Girl's weekend

The condo was a perfect size for my family of seven girls. The bedrooms were spacious and had plenty of room for 4 preteen girls in one bedroom. The condo was very clean and bright with large picture windows. The dressing/ closet areas in each of the 3 bathrooms was a bonus. The kitchen and li living area perfect. a nice bathroomsbatwere

Fun family Christmas

Suite was clean and had plenty of room for our family of five, location is ideal with the arcade and water park onsite and casinos nearby. Check-in was very slow, really long line as you check-in with hotel guests. Only one elevator worked our entire stay, hopefully the property can address this as there were so many complaints. Would stay again and hope the property can continue to make improvements now that the water park and arcade are generating many visitors.

The beds were not made when we arrived and I let the manager know right away. Check in is at 4:00 and we did not get someone to bring sheets and pillow cases until 10:15 pm. The ice maker in the freezer made a loud banging noise off and on the entire stay. The bedrooms are a great size but the living area is small without much comfortable seating.

The host I communicated with for the booking was great and answered all my text no matter the time . The actual hotel the condo is in was very dirty in common areas , peopleWe’re smoking cigarettes and other things everywhere . We learned that when you use the deadbolt in the condo you can still unlock the door with a key card which made us nervous as staff can have access to our rooms even when that’s locked . There were also many elevators not working . I think it would beneficial to get more of a security presence at all doors since anyone can just walk in the front doors and off the board walk. Also for safety invest in a key systemThat unless you have a key you can not access the elevators . The actual condo was a bit dirty and was like an ikea model having the bare minimum from pillows to only 1 tv in the entire condo . I also really did not like there were no windows to crack due to the smell of smoke .

Very good attentive host but……..

The fridge leaked and there was a mildew smell. So bad we didn’t really want to be in common area. That’s a big problem. The host communicated well and had a maintenance man there fast but the smell was still there

Disappointing

False advertising. There is no pool but one in the booking photos. The full kitchen consists of three coffee cups and three plates not sure how the whole family can eat and drink at the same time. I had an issue and it took 3 of the five days to resolve. I asked the property manager to call and he chose not to. Huge fraudulent advertisement of the property.
