The Point 10, 5-7 Mitchell St - stunning water views
The open plan, air-conditioned living area opens out onto a fabulous large outdoor alfresco entertaining area consisting of multiple dining areas and gas BBQ facilities, overlooking the spectacular water views.
The indoor living area is filled with natural light and tastefully furnished with modern furniture, a large flat screen TV, a DVD player and HDD recorder. Disney+ streaming service, Foxtel and along with Wi-Fi. There is a fantastic fully equipped renovated kitchen with dishwasher, microwave, toaster, sandwich press, kettle, coffee machine and cookware. It has two bedrooms with the main having a ceiling fan and the second consisting of two bunk beds.
The renovated bathroom has a shower and vanity and there is a separate toilet/powder room. The internal laundry has a top loading washing machine and dryer, along with ironing facilities. There is off street parking for 1 vehicle and plenty of on street parking available. There is a shared pool within the complex and the beach is located just 100m away.
Point Paradise has everything you could want for the perfect holiday getaway! There is a public boat ramp just a few hundred metres down the road and it is only a short 280 metre walk to the Soldiers Point Marina where you will find two quality seafood restaurants and a floating café for a lovely breakfast or morning tea. Soldiers Point is also home to the famous Rick Stein restaurant at Port Stephens Bannisters Resort along with the popular Soldiers Point Bowling Club which are both a short 1.6 km stroll from Unit 10, Point Paradise.
Noise from music that can be heard in any habitable rooms of a neighbouring residence is restricted by the following: Friday, Saturday or any day preceding a public holiday – midnight to 8am. Any other day – 10pm to 8am

Gorgeous view from the very large patio area, all amenities in the room were clean and in excellent working order, bathroom was dreamy, beds very comfortable. Pool was small but inviting and refreshing. A short drive to local shops and beach. A really lovely place to stay. A real home-away-from-home.

The property itself was ok with a great view.
Has everything you need kitchen and living wise.
However fan in bedroom doesnt work and only 1 stand fan so one bedroom will cook, windows dont open to let air in as they have locks. Apparently smoke free building but people in neighboring appartment smoked which meant we had to close kitchen window and lounge doors often.
Walls, roof and floor have no sound proofing so you can lie in bed hearing the guy in next place snoring whilst upstairs talked loud with TV on full ball and someone else above seemed to be moving their furniture constantly.

Quiet and well located
Overall very satisfied. Good quiet location with only a few minutes drive to Anna Bay, Nelson bay and lovely Fingal bay. Lots to do for the family with good restaurants around.
Better direction on where to park and which apartment is recommended. Wifi with Netflix / Prime would be nice.
