14 Harbourside has enough space to sleep five guests comfortably amidst two designed bedrooms both with balcony access to allow the natural sea breeze to flow through. The main bedroom features a Queen bed and ceiling fan, while the second bedroom houses a tri-bunk with a Double bed underneath and Single bed above. Both rooms share a well-appointed bathroom complete with a shower, bathtub, vanity, and separate toilet.

The open plan living and dining area of the property are bathed in natural light, creating an airy, relaxed ambiance for your stay. Enjoy a homemade meal in the fully equipped kitchen fitted with full cooking facilities including a wall oven, electric hot plates, microwave, and a family size fridge / freezer. Unwind in the welcoming lounge room with a smart TV for your entertainment or step outside onto the balcony for a breath of fresh sea air. Enjoy breakfast while watching the morning sunrise reflecting off the waterfront or enjoy the sight of twinkling lights reflected on the still waters in the evening.

This property is approved for holiday accommodation only, no extra bedding mattresses, tents, caravans or more cars than the property accommodates are allowed.

If you or any other guest receives a warning regarding excess noise or excess guests, you may be asked to leave the property immediately with no refund of monies.

View and location was lovely. Upon picking up key we were given a 3 little satchels with dishwashing liquid ,powder etc I phoned MCGrath property manager to ask if I could get another washing up liquid as we where saying 5 days and was told a definite NO as owner doesn’t supply any of these things ( no little extra convenience here) as theses things get stolen so if want them have to purchase the ourselves.The apartment itself was neat and tidy but one lounge you couldn’t even sit on as all you could feel is the springs. The toilet area was very small due to a basin behind the door so actually had to step into room close door before you could use the toilet.Sliding flyscreen on balcony was rusty and stiff so very hard to open & shut and try to lock.The host McGrath R.E where unhelpful,unfriendly even would say rude as the message I received on last night was please return key to McGrath at 10am considering it’s a 15 to 20 minute drive from apartment to Real estate and checkout wasn’t until 10 certainly seemed like no holiday spirit here just business.Would I recommend them or apartment to friends DEFINITELY NOT .

In relation to the cleaning items, we do provide a small starter pack to assist guests on arrival. As the property is self-contained and stays can vary in length, additional supplies are not included, and guests are asked to purchase any extra items they may require during their stay. We apologise if this caused any inconvenience. Thank you also for bringing the maintenance items to our attention. Since your stay, maintenance has been carried out at the property, including addressing the balcony flyscreen and other items, to ensure the apartment is as safe and comfortable as possible for future guests. Regarding the key return, we provide this information the evening prior to departure simply as a reminder to help make the checkout process smooth for guests. We apologise if the message came across as abrupt, as it was not our intention. We appreciate your comments as they help us continue to review and improve the experience for our guests.
