Brand New Luxury Beachfront Estate with Pool on Prestigous Banks Road

SeaDuced Villa is located in the central part of Eleuthera, North Palmetto Point, Banks Road, directly on Barefoot Beach – arguably one of the best beaches on the island. This ideal location affords easy access to many restaurants, beaches and outstanding snorkeling. There is no public access to this beach so often times you will find that you are the sole person alone with nature! The views from our pool deck are a watercolorist's dream. From the blue/green hues of the ocean water, the pink sands of the beach and the surrounding lush green vegetation, your senses will be overwhelmed. We are confident that you too will be "SeaDuced."

At the entrance of the villa, you are greeted by beautiful landscaping leading to a large pergola. This leads into a grand covered porch with a stately set of double doors. Upon entering the home, you will immediately notice the high ceilings throughout, opening into a large open concept kitchen, living room and dining area. The villa was designed to take full advantage of the amazing ocean views. Almost every room opens up to the 1,850 sq ft pool deck that includes the 14'x30' heated pool and numerous outdoor seating accommodations. (There is a $400 per week charge to have the pool heated.)

The kitchen, fully equipped with stainless steel appliances, separate bar area, and quartz counter tops, is the main focal point of the large great room. This grand room has expansive sliding glass doors which lead to a covered patio and directly onto the pool deck. The living room and dining areas share this grand space with the kitchen. Throughout the home the shiplap covered walls are adorned by beautiful original art work.

The Master Bedroom (BR#1) with private deck includes large en suite bath (double sink, soaking tub and separate walk-in shower). This room is equipped with a king bed. All the mattresses were selected for comfort and are ranked #1 by Consumer Reports. Between the unbelievable views of the ocean and the incredible comfort of the mattress you might decide to just stay in bed all day! This bedroom also has a TV.

In addition to the Master Suite, SeaDuced Villa has three guest bedrooms. Bedrooms 2 and 3 have stunning ocean views. Both have king beds and private en suite baths with walk-in showers. These two bedrooms also have TVs.

Bedroom 4 faces the garden and is equipped with a day bed and trundle and doubles as a business work space with writing desk and chair. Each bedroom has adequate closet space.

SeaDuced has a fully equipped laundry room with washer and dryer, and a centrally located powder room off the great room. The great room and each bedroom has its own air conditioner. Ceiling fans are strategically located throughout the home, including the private decks. At the back of the house overlooking the ocean is a gas grill and outdoor dining area. After a day on the beach, enjoy our private outdoor shower.

Other amenities at SeaDuced include AC, high speed Starlink WIFI, cable TV (all TVs are SMART TVs, allowing for streaming of movies, music, videos, etc.), Sonos sound system throughout the home to include the pool area, board games, 2 sea kayaks, 2 paddle boards, bikes, beach chairs, beach towels, gas grill, smoker grill, pool floats, life vests, cooler, and a back-up generator.

SeaDuced is a 10 minute drive from the main town, Governors Harbour, w/grocery stores, restaurants.
