A spa, sauna, and laundry facilities round out this mountainside, restful location. Great location with easy access to Mammoth Creek Park and the Town's main shopping district off Old Mammoth Road. Less than a five-minute walk to the bowling alley and trail system.

This condo sleeps a maximum of 10 people, no smoking is permitted, one pet is permitted in this pet friendly home (additional pets must be approved). The condo comes with 2 outdoor parking spaces. Guests will be provided two parking passes. If more parking is required than what is allotted, feel free to call our office for alternative options. There are 2 steps to this unit and there are 2 levels inside. Our calendar is updated in real time. PLEASE NOTE: There may be construction in and around this complex during the Summer. This may include but not limited to deck repairs, roof replacement and repairs. We have no control over the schedule of work and cannot ask for them to be rescheduled to accommodate unit occupancy.
