This beautifully updated 4-bedroom, 3-bath home is spread over two levels and offers a spacious floor plan with tasteful upgrades throughout. Nestled in a prime location with views of the Gondola, it’s the perfect mountain getaway for two to three families with kids. Whether you're visiting in winter or summer, this is one of the best locations in town! You’ll be just one block from The Village and the Village Gondola, offering effortless access to shopping, dining, nightlife, and the slopes, all without the hustle and bustle. The fully equipped kitchen features modern finishes and everything you need to prepare family meals, while the dining area comfortably seats eight to ten guests. Relax in the cozy living room in front of the wood-burning fireplace and large flat-screen TV, the perfect spot to unwind after a day on the slopes. Each bedroom includes its own TV, ensuring comfort and entertainment for everyone. The updated bathrooms feature granite and travertine finishes, adding a touch of mountain luxury. This home sleeps a maximum of 10 guests, is non-smoking, and pet-friendly. Upstairs, the first bedroom features a queen bed with access to a shared hall bathroom with a walk-in shower. The lower level includes the remaining three bedrooms and two bathrooms. The primary bedroom offers a queen bed and a private en-suite bathroom with a dual vanity and shower. The second bedroom features twin beds, while the third bedroom includes two sets of twin-over-twin bunk beds, providing sleeping space for four. These rooms share a hall bathroom with a tub/shower combo. Additional amenities include a mudroom at the entry for gear storage, and a private semi-covered balcony with outdoor seating on the upper level. This unit is the perfect year-round base for your mountain adventures, whether you're visiting in winter for skiing, snowboarding or in summer for hiking and outdoor fun. Conveniently located across the street from a shuttle stop to take you around town. The amenities at this complex come with a year round hot tub and sauna, recreation room, laundry facilities and during the summer months only an outdoor pool. All guests receive complimentary full access to Snowcreek Athletic Club & Spa, Mammoth’s premier fitness and recreation facility. Enjoy a wide range of amenities including an indoor heated pool, steam room, sauna, full fitness center, yoga, Pilates, cycle studio, racquetball courts, basketball court, and a variety of wellness and fitness classes. During the summer months, guests can also take advantage of the outdoor swimming pool, as well as tennis and pickleball courts. Guests will be provided two parking passes. This condo was very comfortable for our group trip. It’s close to the slopes and walking distance to the Village. We loved that it was pet friendly and had good amenities. The property manager was very helpful and check-in was pretty easy. It’s a little dated complex though a good value overall. We would stay here again for future Mammoth adventures.

Great condo cabin! It was clean and comfortable and close to a ton of amenities. We found the cabin to be well stocked, it had newer appliances and updated bathrooms. My only recommendation would be to update the bedding and dressers at some point. Our comforter was fine but was starting to get a bit raggedy. Overall would highly recommend this place!

Mammoth stay

Great location with a 5 minute walk from the gondola. The pool table turned out to be pay to use but the ping pong table was free. The bedrooms and bathrooms were overall very nice.

Cute condo walking distance from town gondola

Great place that's a five-minute walk from Mammoth's town gondola. We had someone in every bed (including the bunks) and it did get a bit tight at times, but awesome place if you're willing to pack in!

Great weekend getaway with a large group!

This property was perfect for myself and my 9 other friends! Everyone had a comfortable bed and room. The kitchen is fully stocked! More than enough dishware, silverware, and pots and pans to cook for all of us. The hot tub was lovely, and you can’t beat walking 5 minutes to the gondola!! would definitely stay here again!

Perfect for our large group!

Location can't be beat. There was plenty of space for our large group to be together but also have our own space with bedrooms and bathrooms. The kitchen was well-stocked with dishes, pots and pans, etc. for a large group. Jacuzzi and sauna were great too. Will definitely choose this property again.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Mammoth Estates number 120 was a very good choice for Spring skiing at Mammoth. The location is very close to the village, which was nice for visiting the stores and bars. Parking was adequate and the hot tub was very welcome at the end of the day.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Loved the area. Walk to Village shops and gondola. The property was clean and had everything you need. The only weird thing was the kitchen and living area are upstairs and bedrooms downstairs. There IS one bedroom upstairs. The only downside is carrying all your food and drink up the stairs to the kitchen, especially for us 'older folk' But overall, I recommend this property
