THE SUNRISE PENTHOUSE AT APEX 101



The Sunrise Penthouse at Apex 101 occupies the entire top floor of its building in Canyons Village, combining true ski-in/ski-out access at Park City Mountain with the privacy and space of a 3,220-square-foot residence.



Designed for up to 14 guests, the five-bedroom luxury home is particularly well suited to two families traveling together, adult ski groups, and executive retreats. Four king bedrooms give adults private accommodations, while the bunk room comfortably sleeps four. Every bedroom has its own en-suite bathroom and television.

Layout and Sleeping



The primary suite has a California king bed, fireplace, sitting area, freestanding soaking tub, and separate marble walk-in shower. Three additional bedrooms have king beds. Two include combined tub-and-shower bathrooms, while the third has a walk-in shower.

The fifth bedroom is a dedicated bunk room with two twin-over-full bunks, sleeping up to six guests, plus its own bathroom and valley-view window.



Living, Kitchen and Dining



Double-height ceilings and a wall of glass give the great room its scale, while the stone fireplace anchors the main seating area. They highlight the panoramic mountain and valley views.



The kitchen includes a waterfall-edge stone island, a separate wood-topped table extension, a full-height veined stone backsplash, a Wolf rangetop, Sub-Zero refrigeration, and double wall ovens.



The dining table seats five, with a full-length upholstered bench beneath a glass-and-brass chandelier. Three additional seats are available at the breakfast bar.



Smart roller shades, automated lighting, and climate control are integrated throughout the residence.



Ski Access and Location



Park City Mountain ski access via Sunrise Run is ten steps from the back sliding door and connects into the Canyons Village lift network, including access toward the Orange Bubble Express. You can ski from the back door all the way to Main Street and back again.



A second ski exit beside the private ski room is especially convenient when carrying equipment. Guests can ski back to the same access point at the end of the day.



There is no road crossing, shuttle ride, or base-area parking required to begin a ski day.



The residence is located within Apex Residences at 2752 West High Mountain Road in Canyons Village at Park City Mountain. Historic Main Street is approximately 10 minutes away by car.



Private Hot Tub and Apex Amenities



A covered slopeside deck holds the private eight-person hot tub, with Sunrise Run directly behind the residence.



Guests also have access to the Apex clubhouse pool, spa, sauna, steam room, game room and fitness center.



Getting Around



You don't need a car to ski or get around Canyons Village once you arrive. The free on-call Canyons Connect shuttle provides transportation within the village.



Transportation is still required between Salt Lake City International Airport and the property, and for trips to Historic Main Street or other areas of Park City.



Guests who drive have one reserved garage space positioned closest to the elevator. Groups bringing additional vehicles should arrange parking in advance.



Seasonal Notes



Winter

The private ski room sits beside the slope-access point and includes gear storage plus boot and glove dryers. With equipment stored at the door, large groups can reach the mountain without loading vehicles or navigating the base area.



Summer

Canyons Village offers lift-served hiking and mountain biking, golf, restaurants, and seasonal activities. The valley-facing terrace and Apex pool provide outdoor space at home, while Main Street is a short drive away.

Is Apex 101 truly ski-in/ski-out?

Yes. Guests can leave the residence directly for Sunrise Run and ski back to the property at the end of the day.



Does every bedroom have a private bathroom?

Yes. All five bedrooms have private en-suite bathrooms, plus a separate powder room.



Is the residence a good fit for two families?

Yes. Four king bedrooms accommodate adults, while the bunk room gives up to six additional guests their own sleeping space, bathroom, and television.



Do we need a car?

Not for skiing or transportation within Canyons Village after arrival. Airport transfers, Main Street visits, and travel outside the village require separate transportation.
