Great for where it was at. Only issue is in the description it did not mention a dock into the water other then that the stay was amazing and would recommend it to future people staying

Because the home is located on the beautiful main channel of the Lake of the Ozarks, the large wakes from passing boats make private docks impractical, so you'll find very few homes with docks in this area. Instead, we offer a spacious lakeside deck where guests can relax, take in the breathtaking views, and enjoy watching the boats cruise by. Loved the location for easy access to our pontoon rental and bars. The 2 levels of the house was nice because the younger adults slept on upper level and older adults on the lower level. Utilized the grill one night. Having 2 bathrooms in addition to 2 half baths worked well. The view of the water from either deck was beautiful. Would recommend staying there!!!

Views for days!

We loved this location as you can watch the boat traffic and just take it all in. With a quick walk to Dog Days, or a short drive to many establishments there is always something to do.

Wonderful and accommodating host. The home was perfect for 5 of us visiting for work. With the home on the lake, we wish we were there for pleasure. But the location made it more comfortable. Beautiful view and wonderful sunrises!! Would definitely come back to stay if we are back in the area!

Great location. Our only negatives are that the coffee maker did not work and there was quite a few cob webs on light fixtures ans door openings. Other than that, we enjoyed our stay.

Great Family Time

Spent 4 nights with children and grandchildren had a great time. Awesome views of the lake. House had all the items you would need. Including new deck and new flooring. Owner was also very helpful when we had some needs. I would stay there again.Iwouldrecommend.

Location and views!!

We had an amazing time on our stay at this home. Everything we needed for four couples to enjoy a long relaxing weekend. Location was amazing with easy access to lots of activities. Loads of parking!! Having 3 1/2 baths was fabulous! Host was wonderful to work with! She provided a lot of suggestions for area attractions, restaurants, and things to do. She provided quick responses to any of our questions. We would definitely stay there again.

Great house, just as advertised.

There are a few maintenance issues, but overall this place is awesome! FYI, there's tons of cooking pots, skillets, etc. I like to cook, so it was important to me. Also, lots of spices, sugar, flour and some coffee. Lots of towels available, hair care & body wash. The location is close to everything. Dog Days, a fabulous bar has excellent food & is just down the street. The guys had fun fishing off the dock & we all enjoyed the beautiful views from the deck. Thanks again, we'll be back.

Great Location, Space and the Views!

The owner, Crystal, was easy and fast to communicate with. The property had plenty of space for our 4 couples to spread out, each with their own room and bathroom. The kitchen table was big enough for all 8 of us to play cards or eat on. The larger bedroom on the main floor had a super comfy bed and pillows. The best two parts about this house were the views and the location. It is located within walking distance to Dog Days restaurant with swim up bar, a boat rental place or two, or a 10 minute drive to a swim beach the views of the lake! We were able to drive to our parasailing spot within 15 minutes. I can't say enough about the views of the lake. The large windows faced the water and you didn't have to go to the dock to watch the boats and sunrise. The sunrises here are amazing!! All of us very much enjoyed staying here and we would come back in the future.

Perfect for a baseball weekend!

Great Location

House slept us all well. Great location to bars and restaurants! If your looking for a house to sleep a large group of friends this place is great! Our boat rental was close by, with a bar that had a dock in walking distance it was perfect.
