Yacht Club Villas #1-201 is a 3BR/3BA located on the 2nd floor of building one. This large condo is perfect for your family gathering or golf groups. This property has amazing views of the Intracoastal Waterway, the marina and the North Tower Pool.

When you walk in to the condo, there is a large foyer welcoming you to your beautiful vacation location. The kitchen is open to the dining area and has a large breakfast bar. The living area has a great sectional couch so you can all enjoy relaxing and watching your favorite shows. It opens up to a large balcony with plenty of seating for afternoon cocktails. The bedrooms are very accommodating with plenty of room for everyone. There is a king bed in one of the bedrooms, two queens in the front bedroom and one queen in the 3rd bedroom. All of the bedrooms have their own private bathrooms. There are flat screen TVs in the living room and all of the bedrooms. The bedroom with the queen bed has a Roku so you can stream your favorite channels too.

This property is located in Barefoot Resort which is right over the Waterway in North Myrtle Beach. There are 4 Championship Golf Courses on the property and it is near everything you want to do in the area. It is close to Barefoot Landing so you can check out all the shops, restaurants and attractions that it has to offer. Check out a show at the Alabama Theater or a band at the House of Blues. Walk around Barefoot and watch the turtles in the ponds or see the alligators at Alligator Adventure. Have a beer at the Crooked Hammock or dinner at Greg Norman's Australian Grill. There is so much to do, you will have to come back again and again.

This property is non-smoking and no pets are allowed. No motorcycles or golf carts are allowed on property. There is a 3 night minimum stay in the off season and a 4 night minimum in the summer. Inquire for the best rates and availability today! On-Site Nighttime Security Provided for your safety. Only 2 parking passes allowed.

Convenient Stay for Golf at Barefoot

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Stayed at 3BR condo for a golf trip at Barefoot. The place had plenty of space with large common areas and felt really clean. Only complaint is the bed sheets were quite low quality and the AC unit for the room was very loud when running.

Reviewer Comments: Check in process is very easy and room is clean and the Général area is clean as well. Two points to be noticed: heating unit is very loud and not efficient; bathroom only has a small soap and small tube of shampoo.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Our family of 6 had a GREAT time at the Yacht club villas! Checkin was a breeze, and the location is so great, there is so much to do. Plus the room itself, for Myrtle Beach, ya understand, was nicer than most you could rent. We had a bit of an issue when we arrived, though, the unit wasn't clean in time, and took an extra 4 hours to clean, but they got it done.

Several lights were burned out in the property and it needs a little updating. The property management company is awesome

Thanks for your review and feedback. We only use the front door. It was setup this way for golf getaways so that is why it has separate entrances. We do inspect regularly so we will check on the bulbs.

2024 Myrtle Beach golf trip

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had 4 - 3 bedroom, 3 bath units in the yacht club. Rooms were outstanding and accommodated our party of 16 very well as we were able to gather in one room for television and game activities every night. Would have preferred all four rooms in the same building, but understand this was not possible. Coming back next year with same 16 golfers. Not sure where we are staying next year. My only disappointment with the rental was a $200 lost pool key charge. One of our guys mistakenly dropped the pool key at the wrong key drop box. I was informed that the key was not in it when it was finally opened.

Thanks for the review and glad it worked out for your large group. We inform everyone of the lost pool pass charge and we give detailed instructions on the procedures. The pool area is run by the Resort so they charge for lost passes.

Barefoot

We were very happy with the location & size of the unit was just what we needed for our family. The reason we picked this unit is for the 3 bedrooms and unfortunately the king bedroom AC did not work and we were unable to use that bedroom. I will be expecting compensation for not being able to use the 3rd bedroom. We contacted the property management co. immediately, they sent out a person to look at the AC and said it needs a HVAC professional to fix it, and they would have someone come out, no one every came. One day someone came into the unit without us being there and left stacks of chairs in the entryway! Please forward compensation for the king unit for the week.

We appreciate your review and feedback. Unfortunately, mechanical issues can occur during your stay. The system had to be replaced so it was not repairable so it couldn't be done until after your departure. Sometimes things occur beyond our control. Also, the Owner bought new chairs for the dining area so our staff left them so you can use them. They didn't want to go in and disturb you. We are sorry that you had these issues.

Paint was coming off the bathroom walls. Mold was present throughout my bathroom as well. Checked out early as I’m very allergic to mold.

Not a place I would revisit!

I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The bathrooms weren’t clean and the smoke alarms went off every 5 to the 10 mins even at night when we were asleep. No extra trash bags or tissue or paper towels. The representative said the code was 6 digits so we waited for her to try and find it for over 20 mins but the code was a four digit code inside the packet. There were no extra blankets or throw covers. The staff when we returned the key was really nice snd helpful but everything else was a disaster!!!!

The only complaint I have is that the air conditioning did not work in the kitchen, living room or master bedroom. The office had it checked out and the a/c unit needed replaced. We did not have air the entire stay. No compensation was made by the company. We were very disappointed in how the issue was handled.
