if you’re looking for clean, beautiful view, spacious quiet, lots of things to do within driving distance this is the place for you . The balcony view was spectacular. The sunrise breathtaking . Sitting on the balcony at night was just lovely with the stars little cool but just lovely.

We're very sorry the onsite HOA was doing construction during your stay. However, this is very common in the off season which is why we note this specifically in the rental agreement: "Repairs and maintenance to buildings are conducted by the Homeowners Association and their property manager. These processes may involve noise and inconvenience. If we are advised in advance of your arrival that any significant work will be under way, we will advise you. However, in most cases, we are not advised before the work is to begin. Most of this work is conducted in the off-season, between October 1 and April 1, unless required due to an emergency." We again sincerely apologize that the parking passes were updated. Had we been notified ahead of time, that definitely would not have happened. I'm happy our team was able to jump into action and get that fixed promptly. Thanks for staying with us!

Already Want to Go Back!

I recently stayed at the Yacht Club Villas at Barefoot Resort and was truly amazed. The stunning view of the Intracoastal Waterway from the balcony is truly unparalleled. The condo itself is well-furnished, with modern amenities and a comfortable ambiance. The location is perfect for those seeking a serene getaway, yet it's close enough to attractions. The attention to detail and cleanliness made my stay memorable. I highly recommend this vacation rental for an unforgettable experience. We’re already planning our next stay here!

Great Location!

We were initially a little hesitant to book due to the lack of reviews. iTrip explained this was a new property so we took a chance and it did not disappoint. The condo was clean and well appointed. The master bedroom was massive with a great views. Easy access to Barefoot Landing and all its restaurants and shopping. Most of all we really enjoyed sitting on the balcony with our coffee in the morning enjoying the view of the intercoastal waterway, it was so peaceful. Would absolutely stay here again.

Golf trip

The condo was spacious and included all the necessary tools and accessories. The kitchen could use some dish towels. Plenty of pots, plans, plates etc. the views from both the bedroom and main living area was wonderful. Parking was easy with plenty of spots. The bedrooms were also large. A few additional bed linens would have been nice but with a large washer and dryer it was good. Large size furniture made our stay very comfortable. We had 3 sets of friends stay in barefoot and all loved our spot especially to host a card game or dinner. The pool was excellent. You can’t beat the location of this condo - walking to restaurants, entertainment and golf. We will definitely return. Thanks

Convenient but dated

The location was perfect. Great view from the balcony. Checkin process required going to an off-site office to retrieve keys and parking pass. Unit was clean but very dated and showing its age. Coffee maker was not cleaned out after previous guests. We found it impossible to watch regular TV, we could not watch golf on a major TV network. Insufficient supply of toilet paper and towels. One of the departure requirements was to load and start the dishwasher, but no dishwasher soap or pod was provided (luckily I brought some). The elevator was exceptionally speedy! Would not stay there again.

Nice decor, perfect location -but could use a deep cleaning

We had trouble getting in the gate initially. The codes change every month and the May code was not active on May 1 and was not active when we left on May 4. With the help of the desk and a nice resident we were able to get in. The contact number for emergencies was very responsive.The furniture was just as described. The bed was a bit high and soft. All the small appliances you need are there and in working order( we used Keurig, iron, frig, TV) TV in the bedroom was very small. And the towels were small, thin and dingy looking.The Wi Fi is not secure.My biggest issue was the smell coming from the bathroom. It smelled like mold/mildew. There was a buildup of mold and mildew in the master shower. I sent a message to the contact given-they responded and said they sent a tech to look at it and said that the tech said he didn’t smell anything. Not sure if the tech LOOKED, but the last response was from the desk was ’It looks like the shower needs caulking.Not sure what you want me to do’. I told them that I can clearly see MOLD building up in the shower and I sent pictures. I rarely get headaches- but I had a headache every morning while staying here.Other than the moldy smell- the place was nice with a beautiful view if the waterway.The place needs a good cleaning.

We enjoyed our stay. The condo is very convenient and was super clean. The amenities were fantastic and Barefoot landing being just minutes away was a plus. We have rented many times with the company and highly recommend their units.
