It was the best house we have stayed in by far! Perfect for our family and kids. The pool was great! My only feedback would be that we should have access to the balcony from our master rooms. They were locked and we would wake the kids up in the living room going out to the balcony to watch the sunrise. Otherwise, this is an awesome house. Perfect space and setup and a beautiful location. We had a blast!!!

Everything is good! It’s an excellent house and location.Floors were not cleaned well, old bar of soap and lots of hair left in shower and tub.Everything seems well maintained.One of the bedroom doors on the porch was wet under it this morning. But I think it was the rain from the storm that blew in somehow.Everyone has been so nice and answered all my questions promptly.

The house was nasty dirty. Was not vacuumed. Shower gross, mirror in bathroom gross. Stove disgusting greasy. I had to call Elliott and have people come out to clean it. As much as I paid for this house, that DEFINITELY should not have happened. Very disappointed in Elliott rentals and will not use them again. Will go with Thomas, they’re great.

The appliances worked well, the Internet was great, and the location was perfect. The layout of the

Check in was easy. We were concerned about the cleanliness due to a prior experience with the rental management company (that is local). We have friends that were staying across the street. We sat in their driveway waiting for the cleaning crew till nearly 5 o’clock. They stayed maybe 35 minutes. There was no attention to the floors and countertops. Human and pet hair were all over the floor. We vacuumed, mopped, and re-cleaned the bathrooms- which it only had a cursory cleaning performed (much mildew in the shower and bathtub). There was sand in the bed. So, for the first hour and a half of our stay we cleaned the house. After that everything was great. The appliances worked well, the Internet was great, and the location was perfect. The layout of the house is very nice.

We stayed in Barbees Flamingo in July and loved it. It was perfect for our family. The guys loved the channel access to fish and the grandkids loved the pool. This was probably one of the most perfect vacations we have had as a family.
