The apartment has a super king size bed, heated floors, big windows with a great view, bathroom with a rainfall shower, fridge, table, chairs, washing machine and a fully equipped kitchen.
The neighborhood
Yeonnam-dong is only 5 mins walk from Hongdae, the youthful and energetic student area, but the vibe here is very different. Where Hongdae is young, crowded, loud and commercial, Yeonnam-dong is bustling, independent, trendy and colorful in a cozy Korean hipster kind of way.
The long park with a small flowing stream is right next to the apartment, and it's the place to be for picnics, drinks with friends and for people walking their dogs. In the side streets and alleys you'll find loads of cool bars, great restaurants, small cafés, trendy clothing shops, start up companies, funky barber shops, live jazz bars and everything in between.
With the convenience of subways and buses very near and all the shopping and nightlife Hongdae has to offer, the area really is the perfect place to stay for exploring Seoul.
