Nouveau Karezip (2F) / Dongdaemun / Séoul / wifi

Récemment et directement construit en 2016 par l'hôte spécialisé dans le design industriel, Karezip regorge de superbes caractéristiques de conception, du bistro de cuisine de style japonais au 1er étage à un petit espace de pelouse au-dessus du bâtiment. Cela peut sembler petit à première vue, mais nous avons déployé beaucoup d'efforts pour créer un endroit qui puisse plaire à vos yeux. Venez nous rendre visite! Nous sommes le meilleur choix pour les couples, les voyageurs d'affaires et les voyageurs en famille avec enfants.

Le petit-déjeuner simple - lait, pain grillé et café - est fourni gratuitement de 8h00 à 9h30 (lundi.-Sam.). Moyennant un supplément, un barbecue est disponible pendant 2 heures uniquement le week-end. (la saison d'hiver n'est pas disponible) Avril-novembre! - Nous fournissons le Wi-fi de poche (500 Mo / jour) - Nous fournissons des transformateurs 220V à 110V.

Nous gérons directement un restaurant de curry japonais (Karezip) au 1er étage. S'il y a des inconvénients, nous les gérerons!

Situé dans une ville universitaire du district de Dongdaemun, chaque endroit du centre-ville est facilement accessible. Vous pouvez découvrir les esprits exubérants des jeunes étudiants ainsi que l'atmosphère antique du vieux centre-ville. Le grand campus de l'Université de Séoul est idéal pour se promener et les prix sont relativement raisonnables par rapport à d'autres régions de Séoul. À 3 minutes à pied de l'Université de Séoul, des pubs, des restaurants et des cafés de différentes ambiances sont à votre portée. Un dépanneur (SEVEN ELEVEN) se trouve juste en face de l'immeuble. Pendant les Jeux Olympiques de Pyeongchang, un train à grande vitesse (KTX) relie la gare de Cheongryangri à la province de Gangwon. Il faut 1 heure de la gare de Cheongnyangni à Pyeongchang. Par conséquent, il est possible de voir les Jeux Olympiques et de revenir à Séoul.

Great Stay

The location could not have been any more perfect: bus depot, subway, good restaurants and cafes all just a short walking distance away. We had issues with the bathroom but the hosts were always available in communication and the situation was rectified immediately. I would love to stay here again the next time we visit Korea!

Great accommodation

The property was perfect for our family. We enjoyed dining in the restaurant downstairs as well as several other nearby restaurants. Access to public transportation was very convenient for our daily sightseeing around Seoul and the 7-Eleven across the street came in handy as well. Inside the apartment, we had everything we needed. Comfortable beds, hot showers, and cold A/C. My son particularly enjoyed the smart toilets!

The host was very friendly and responsive to messages. This was a perfect sized unit for a family of four. Everything we needed was provided in the apartment. The heated floors and high-tech toilets were nice upgrades. The apartment is close to everything including buses, the subway, stores, and restaurants. Our family had an enjoyable stay here and I highly recommend it.

Overall we had a lovely experience in this apartment. It’s bigger than it looks on the pictures. We loved the neighbourhood! The mattresses of double beds were definitely on the harder side, so if you have back problems I’d recommend sleeping on the twin sleeper. I personally liked it but my roommate had difficulties sleeping. The AC’s worked well. There are two bathrooms with showers and toilets. The toilet and showers are in 1 room. The washing machine and dryer also work fine! We were happy to be able to clean our clothes on a two week trip. There were a few things that we missed in the apartment, which were:1. Trash bags, in Korea they do a lot of recycling, which means different bags for different things. There were none provided (or we didn’t see them), but we couldn’t find any trash bags in stores either. 2. Nothing for seasoning your food. We had to buy our own herbs. Which isn’t per se a problem but that means taking all of that with you again in your suitcase. 3. We definitely had to wash the cups, mugs and pans again. It was still dirty of food. Also, come prepared and bring your own sponge! Soap is provided :)

Great Stay

Despite a mix-up on our first evening, this was a great stay! Home is just as advertised. Very clean. Great location with easy public transport. Felt very safe in this area. Would definitely stay here again and recommend to others. There are no sheets on the beds (a cultural difference), so you should bring your own if needed. Also, despite the reservation being for 3 adults, only 2 bath towels were provided. Otherwise, all was great!

Wonderful

We enjoyed our stay very much! We highly recommend this Vrbo listing. Everything was clean and cozy. I really loved the asthetics of the place, the wood and lighting and bookshelves and industrial, etc. The bed was comfortable and the washer worked fine when I did a small load of laundry. The neighborhood directly surrounding (the view out the window) isn't particularly beautiful (city streets), but the location is good for catching a taxi. The location is sort of in the middle of Seoul, so it's not too far to the airport and not too far to Lotte World or other things across Han River. Vrbo lists breakfast under amenities, and the owner apologized and let us know that the breakfast was no longer offered. That was okay with us, just a heads up for future folks who stay here. Whenever we communicated with the owner, Yoon was always polite and courteous. Again, we recommend this listing!

We enjoyed our stay at the Karezip. Great location, accessible to markets, banks, transportation (bus and subway), restaurants, etc. Couple of things we were disappointed in were that we had 4 adults staying at the apartment but we were only provided bath towels enough for two adults. We also didn't have enough dishes for all 4 adults. We did not get our checkin information before we arrived. The information that was previously sent was a sample and we didn't know this. We were lucky we had local Korean family members who traveled with us to the apartment they were able to call the owner and get the code for the building and find out what room we were in. We weren't provided our internet information until we had been there for 3-4 days as well. Owner said his internet wasn't working. I was assured that internet in Korea was fast. That part of the experience was frustrating. We had been doing laundry daily and hanging it up on the roof, we didn't know that the cleaning lady also uses that area when she is cleaning apartments after someone departs the facility, she chased us away one day when we went to hang laundry. All in all we would recommend this facility to others.

Small unit with perfect amenities for group of 3

Unit is clean and well accommodated to use as a home base and explore Seoul. Walking distance or a short bus ride/taxi to two subway stops unlocking the rest of the city. Would recommend for a small group of 3!
