Comfy and Convenient stay

We had everything we needed and the check in process was super smooth. Everything was clean and functional, as well as easy to find. The backyard was amazing for my dogs and the porch was spacious for yoga, hanging out, eating, whatever you wanted. It was perfect and I would absolutely come back!

Exactly what we hoped for

The location is central to all of the towns around the lake and there was plenty of space for us and our 4 young children. The house was well stocked with the basics. We had a great time!

Great Stay!

The property had a very "homey" feel to it and included everything we needed for a stress-free vacation. Having 3 separate bedrooms was nice since we had 3 adult couples staying under one roof. We loved the upstairs family room and the large decks. It was also nice to be able to bring our little dog along. We'll probably be booking again!

This place felt like home as soon as we walked in. my kidos loved the master bedroom. they have plenty of extra blankets. there is everything you need. it's perfect for some family time no Wi-Fi we played uno first time in years. thank you for the lovely place

We loved everything about this trip. The house was beautiful and clean. The only things i would fix is the King bed in master room not in the extra room. Also some lattice or something on the deck railing to keep smaller dogs from jumping through where there is no fencing or its just a roof. But very happy and we will be back.

Outside cleaning needed.

Interior is very nice, well stocked and clean. Outdoor deck area is beautiful however not clean. Seating and grill need to be cleaned and many cigarette butts. Turn off to non-smoker. Over all quiet, peaceful place to stay.

Greer's Ferry Lake

We had a nice stay with family in Edgemont. The fenced yard and deck were perfect for our dogs. It rained almost everyday of our trip, so we spent a lot of time together at the house playing games and hanging out. The living room had lots of comfortable furniture, the deck was wonderful, and the kitchen was well equipped. We were surprised that the king bed was not in the master bedroom, but rather down stairs. We had plenty of room in this home for the 4 of us and 2 dogs. We appreciated the binder of things to do and places to go in the area. We had a fun time visiting Greers Ferry overall.

More than expected and just what I needed

Check in was very easy and from the moment we walked in we felt relaxed and ready to unwind. The three decks were wonderful. We stayed out on them most of our stay. First night was filled with laughs and catching up till 2 in the morning followed by early morning coffee listening to nature out on the deck. I didn't have a care in the world. There were plenty of extra items in case you were to forget something but If we forgot anything it would have been to stay another day. Looking forward to many returns.

Check-in was very easy, location great to lots of areas. House was very nice and clean, did notice an odor upon entry posssibly from carpets but after inside for a while didn't notice it as much. The kitchen could use more microwave dishes for leftovers and also saucers would be nice, also dates on food items in cabinets should be checked and thrown away if outdated. Wifi would definitely be a nice addition as to not use all data on phone. Setting out on decks was nice to drink our morning hot cocoa. Beds were very comfortable, bedrooms on separate floors was nice, having two bathrooms was a plus, whirlpool tub was relaxing! Was disappointed that we hadn't been informed of Burn Ban, was looking forward to setting around the firepit. Also didn't get much response from our check-in person with texts we sent her, asked about fireplace no response couldn't enjoy the ambience of that either! The Blackstone grill should be replaced, it was a rusted mess!! There was a charcoal grilll as well if we had wanted to use it rather dirty. The grounds keeper Leslie was very nice, friendly to talk to, very polite and informative. Over all was a nice place to stay and spend time together

Everything about the house was as advertised. We really enjoyed the stay and will likely revisit. Only recommendation I would make is to add a raised shower head in the master bath and maybe some texture to the master shower floor to prevent slipping. Overall my family and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay! 10/10!

The inside of the house was immaculately clean, bathrooms especially! No odors whatsoever. Warm & inviting. When we got ready to grill and opened the Blackstone, it was so dirty, we opted to go eat at a restaurant the entire stay. Had we had our family with us, not being able to grill would have been a big deal. There was a smaller grill available that was equally as dirty & for us, not acceptable to cook on. The decks are very nice, but were not clean either. None of the showers, nor the Jacuzzi, had bath soap provided. We used hand soap for our bathing. No Kleenex type tissue was provided. The fenced area for dogs is very large, but not well maintained. Again, it was just the two of us, so we worked around those issues. Location is excellent. Quiet area also.

Relaxing getaway

This is a beautiful home and property! The 3 levels of decks are amazing and where we spent most of our time. The house provides everything you need and is very comfortable. I took full advantage of the jacuzzi tub! Such a nice location, close to the lake and a short drive to so many hiking trails around Fairfield Bay or Heber Springs. It was the perfect spot for a relaxing long couples weekend, but we think our kids would also love it, so we plan on bringing them with us for our next visit. All positives for this listing!
