Located on the 27th floor of a high rise, this apartment is a well-designed residence with modern features and incredible neighbourhood views through floor-to-ceiling windows. Located about seven kilometres north of the Melbourne CBD, Moonee Ponds is best-known for the picturesque Queens Park and regular racing events at Moonee Valley Racecourse. Nice apartment but some bads
Very difficult to find locked box particularly in rain. Had to kneel on wet dirt. It was 1k from the rental on a wire fence next to the railway station. It was impossible to find the parking space under the building what made it worse was no mobile signal. It's a shame that such a nice property is let down on the detail. Could feel the springs through the bed mattress. The shower had black algae on the floor and the toilet roll holder was loose. Plenty of coffee pods but no machine. Lounge was a little bit grubby. Great view and good location.

I would love to stay at this property again as I have a few things coming up in the area and the apartment itself is perfect. I can only hope that my experience is much better than my first. I was very disappointed that my check in time was delayed with short notice due to cleaning and I still picked up rubbish in between and underneath the couch when i walked in. when I eventually found the parking space ( directions with pictures of carpark would help (such as "turn first left") i could not access the parking as the previous person who booked the room decided to keep the car park for an extended amount of time. I could only speak to the attendant manager of the apartment complex. Who was very un helpful unfortunately There should be measures in place if this does happen where the apartment management can be a little more helpful other than just saying im sorry we don't deal with this room. Which I understood, but I'm sure there is guest parking or somthing they could have allowed me to park in without getting fined or introuble until the rooms parking space became available. My new years eve dinner had to be cancled due to all of these delays. All I asked for was a late check out for my troubles and it got denied because cleaning was booked but as I was in contact with the company all day the cleaners where not arriving that day it seemed due to staffing issues. So I could have had a slight late checkout with ease. If I choose to book this apartment again I really hope I dont come across any of the above issues.

Terrible experience
We could not even get into the property due to melted key pad. Could not contact anyone. We were homeless for the night and had a very stressful time
