Very well appointed options

The house had everything you need to enjoy your stay. Location for us was perfect and the kitchen had all up graded options. Great bedrooms and bathrooms , Loved the 85" TV.

Calm oasis

What a place! As advertised, this is a great house to stay in with some friends or family. The pool and back yard is so relaxing and perfect for a group. The quality of everything inside and out is very nice. Not far from the beach and everything you need, even though it is in a suburb.

Wonderful week

We stayed in the home for a week for high school graduation and had a fabulous time. The owners and property manager were responsive and pleasant. The home was beautiful, and well stocked. Appliances were amazing, beds cozy, and outdoor furniture and pool were relaxing and clean. Location was centrally located Would definitely stay there again.

Photos of house and grounds were accurate. Very quiet neighborhood and close to main roads and dining/shopping options. Large TV in main room was great, appreciated that they had an active cable subscription. Beds were soft, pillows seemed really old. Master bathroom was nice, other bathroom was fine. Kitchen supplies could use updating, such as the pots, pans, cookie sheets, cutting boards. Some looked beat up and like end of life hand me downs. The kitchen and main room needed a thorough wipe down of all surfaces. Cabinet and drawer handles in the kitchen felt grimy. Light switches, particularly in the main areas, were dirty. I bought a can of Clorox wipes and hit as many surfaces as I could. Overall the place was clean... it just needed proper attention to high touch areas. Front door was a physical key... would have preferred a keypad code instead of having to carry around the physical key everywhere.

Beware !the owner is a stalker watching you through his ring doorbell

I rented this place for the big tv because my friend is blind for her 62nd birthday. She shows up for 4 hour party with her service dog with 6 other girls. Within 5 minutes of her showing up the owner is blowing up my phone saying the dog had 5 minutes to leave the property. How embarrassing!!!! A truck creeps by starts taking pictures. The house has a german shepherd sign on the gate as well as a pooper scooper. PLUS THE HOUSE HAS ANTS EVERYWHERE!!!!!!!!!!! The pool was filthy.

Hi Louis, we always appreciate hearing from our guests, but the homeowner would like to take a moment to clarify what happened during your stay: - We do have a ring doorbell for the safety of our guests and this is displayed clearly on our listing. - We respect all of our guest's privacy but when it came to our attention that there was a dog in the home, we politely asked this group to remove the dog. We have strict "no pets" and "no parties" policies and this is also made very clear on our listing. At no point was it mentioned that this was a service dog. - We have never experienced someone driving by to take photos. Our neighborhood is safe and family-friendly. -We would have been happy to assist with the concerns you had regarding the ants and the cleanliness of the pool while in residence had you reached out! We do all we can to make the best possible stay, and we look forward to this property hosting many satisfied guests.

Hidden Treasure

This was exactly what my family needed after quarantining all 2020. Host responded immediately to all inquires . I recommend this to anyone who is looking for a clean and safe get a way.

Beautiful Home

The property is beautiful, exactly as pictured. Very convenient location, close to the airport, grocery, restaurants and beaches. The pool and outdoor space is relaxing but also a great space for entertainment with a TV. I fell in love with the master bathroom, and loved that every room had a TV so everyone was comfortable in their space. The owner was very responsive even though we didn't need much as their booking and check in process was seamless. Thank you for having us, my family and I enjoyed this home very much. I will recommend to friends and family visiting West Palm beach and would definitely stay at this property again.
