Industrial Style Unit right in the heart of the CBD

"Unit on Auburn" is a tastefully renovated industrial style unit right in the heart of the city centre.

Two large bedrooms with quality linen supplied; fully equipped modern kitchen; spacious bathroom with separate bath and 2nd toilet.

Shopping, dining and adventures all at your door step and only a 10 minute drive to Wakefield Park Raceway or 5 minutes to Goulburn’s iconic Big Merino

The unit boasts two great size bedrooms with queen size beds and large built ins. A fully equipped kitchen with all of the modern conveniences will allow you to cook meals including electric oven/microwave with cook top, cutlery, crockery with island bench. The bathroom features a separate bath and shower - hairdryer supplied. The loungeroom offers a large LED Smart TV and reverse cycle air conditioning. You will also find a second toilet in the laundry with washing machine, dryer and iron.

There is NO access to the outside awning area from the Unit.

Self check in with key lock box enables care free check in. No smoking and no pets please.

As the property is located above a retail premises, please respect our commercial tenants and keep noise to a minimum during business hours.

Now with Starlink satellite internet.

Great apartment in the heart of Goulburn
This property is beautifully presented and so conveniently located in the Goulburn city centre. Furniture and furnishings are tasteful and stylish and the apartment itself is light and airy, with high ceilings. The host couldn’t have been more helpful. The apartment was generously provisioned with necessities and treats.

An excellent property in an excellent location
This apartment was perfect for our stay . Everything was clean, modern and well thought out with quality products in the bathroom and great sheets and towels. The location was perfect for evening meals and entertainment as everything was within easy walking distance. A great place to stay.

Beautiful finishes in a central location
Quiet ally entrance belies the standard of finish inside. Excellent size of rooms with good appliances and furniture and fittings. Nice touches with welcome bottle of wine and sweets.
