We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in Newburyport and the property was exceptionally well located to make that possible. Sean was great with communication before, during and after the visit, ensuring that we were able to enter the property easily, as well as offering assistance during our stay, whenever needed. Additionally, the separation between the upstairs (ground level) and downstairs living accommodations made the stay especially nice since we had 3 generations of travelers and we were able to achieve separation whenever desired.

Great Place! Great Location!

We traveled to the area to spend the holidays with east coast family. This home is in the heart of Newburyport, super convenient location with off street parking. The home is roomy, comfortable, and very clean. Super host and highly recommend.

Great Location

Great condo in an amazing location. My wife and I were in town with our 7 month old for a wedding and could not have asked for a better place to stay. Location was walking distance to everything downtown. Great first floor living accommodations and kitchen made it easy to relax and settle in for the weekend.

Short visit

Other than an issue upon arrival that prevented us from accessing the property we had a good visit. The management company was very responsive to our issues and Scott was very friendly. Overall a great property. We’re already booked for our next visit.

Ladies weekend

Great location! Didn’t get back into cars except to leave. Walked everywhere. What a wonderful main floor. The huge island was our main gathering area. Games, food & lots of laughs. Bedroom on this floor was helpful for one with stair issues. Would definitely stay here again. Great place, thanks!
