LE BÂTIMENT
Loupiac est l'un des beaux appartements de notre immeuble exclusif sur la charmante place Dauphine. En plein cœur de la ville sur l'Ile de la Cité, la place Dauphine est un lieu historique, ayant été construite en 1610 à la demande du Kind Henri IV. Vous serez entouré d'histoire tout en profitant de tout le confort moderne. Nous avons rénové l'ensemble du bâtiment, en ajoutant tout, d'un ascenseur moderne et de la climatisation aux serrures numériques les plus sécurisées.

L'APPARTEMENT
Situé au quatrième étage, le Loupiac à une chambre dispose d'un confortable lit queen-size, d'une salle de bains privative, d'une salle d'eau et d'une cuisine entièrement équipée. Profitez d'un dîner romantique chez vous loin de chez vous ou blottissez-vous avec du vin français et admirez les scènes parisiennes juste devant votre fenêtre.

LA ZONE
Juste devant votre porte se trouve l'un des endroits secrets les plus convoités de Paris, la belle Place Dauphine. La place est bordée de bâtiments historiques du début des années 1600 et est pleine d'arbres et de quelques bancs parfaitement placés pour s'asseoir et profiter de l'atmosphère. C'est aussi un endroit populaire pour les habitants de jouer à un jeu de pétanque, que vous pouvez profiter de regarder sur la place ou simplement écouter le doux tintement des boules d'acier utilisées dans le jeu français traditionnel depuis votre fenêtre. Le quartier est également populaire auprès des avocats qui travaillent à proximité au Palais de Justice, il y a donc d'excellents cafés et restaurants pour en profiter!

Séjourner sur l'Ile de la Cité vous place en plein Paris; ça s'appelle même "Kilomètre Zéro"! Vous êtes à distance de marche de tous les meilleurs sites touristiques, musées, boutiques et meilleurs quartiers à explorer. L'île de la Cité abrite également la magnifique cathédrale Notre-Dame et les incroyables vitraux de la Sainte-Chapelle. De l'autre côté de la rivière sur la rive droite se trouvent le Louvre et les magnifiques jardins des Tuileries. Le long de la Seine sur la rive gauche se trouve le musée d'Orsay et un peu plus au sud se trouve l'élégant quartier Saint-Germain et les rues pavées du quartier latin. Perfect Place

We stayed two weeks here on Place Dauphine. We knew this location from prior Paris visits. Quiet, peaceful, yet vibrant with tourists and bocce ball games. Great restaurants on both sides. The apartment is compact. You need to keep it tidy like a boat. Well appointed, modern, and they deliver baguettes every morning...how great is that! We loved it, and will rent again.

We absolutely loved staying at the apartment. The elevator was large, the space was brand new, and the floor plan was open. Being located on Place Dauphine was a dream - the views from the apartment were fabulous and we were only a short walk from virtually anywhere we wanted to go. Although we never cooked the kitchen was fully stocked with everything we would've needed to cook. I would highly recommend staying in this apartment - it's location and newness set it apart.

Loupiac

Loupiac is a charming apartment conveniently located near the Notre Dame Cathedral. The apartment was of generous size (for Paris) and had all the conveniences of apartment living. I especially appreciated the electronic locks - it saved from having to worry about losing keys or locking oneself out. The location provides ease of access to the metro and RER+ (airport) and you can easily walk to many of the major attractions. The apartment does not disappoint and I would most definitely stay here again. An all around winner!

Beautiful, Charming. Authentic Parisian Experience.

Apartment was cute - every extra that was listed worked and was helpful (washer/dryer, blow dryer, dishwasher). They also had toiletries like paper towel and toilet paper -- we had bought some extra to replace what we used as well. There were fresh baguettes downstairs in lobby each morning which was a charming plus. Extra towels and blankets would have been helpful. Apartment only had sheet provided on bed with one comforter. No extra pillows anywhere either - 2 on bed. That said, if you have anyone sleep on the sleeper in main living area, you would need to get extra blankets locally. Place was clean. Would come back again for sure.

We usually provide sufficient linens for the number of guests staying. We don’t make the sofa bed and neither do we provide extra linens for it unless you specifically mention in advance that you will be using the sofa, then we make it prior to your stay and ensure there is sufficient linens/blankets for both beds. Most beautiful non-touristy place in Paris

Our second stay at this gorgeous apartment on the equally dreamy place Dauphine. Simple check in, easy access to the entire city at your front door.

Fabulous stay

Everything about this apartment was wonderful. From the condition/quality of the furnishings, appliances, and shower to the elegant and soothing decor. Virgil was awesome, greeting us and getting us settled in. Check in was seamless and check out equally simple. The location could not have been better. So much to see and do within walking distance, super convenient to the metro but hidden away on a quintessential Parisian square. We have rented from other vendors over the years, but this truly was perfect and has ruined us for renting anywhere else.

Fabulous in Every Way

The Loupiac Apartment, 25 Place Dauphine It was all fabulous, beginning with the greeter, Virgilie, perhaps the most charming man in Paris. The apartment was thoughtfully designed and furnished. It is spacious and the views are marvelous. The location is perfect, you can walk everywhere. The sofa bed is as comfortable as the regular bed, the sheets were sublime. By the second day we felt like we lived there. The kitchen is very well equipped. The baguette in the lobby each morning was delightful. We can’t imagine staying anywhere else when we return to Paris.

Excellent! I've rented many apartments in Paris and this was by far the most nicely appointed. The renovations were obviously new and are very well done. The apartment, fixtures and appointments were all beautiful as well as high quality. I loved having a working elevator after long days running around the city. The location is my favorite in Paris as it really puts you at the most central point for navigating the entire city. A wonderful and easy experience all around. I'll be back!
