The Palms at Wailea est une magnifique propriété, riche en paysages tropicaux. Il y a une grande piscine et un bain à remous qui est parfait pour bronzer et offre une vue magnifique sur l'océan depuis la piscine.

We had a great stay! The unit is spacial and clean and we enjoyed the outside patio with lounge chairs. Kitchen is well equipped and the unit has laundry. Amazing location with close proximity to the beach and shops. Furniture and carpet outdated but overall it was a great unit to stay at and we would go back! The hosts were kind to provide the fans for the living room area however we didn't need to use them as the room temperature was cool enough. The bedroom had aircon which was great.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We recently stayed at The Palms at Wailea and really loved our condo! The layout was spacious and comfortable, with a beautiful interior and artwork that truly brought the spirit of Maui to life.One thing to note — the property is fairly close to the road, so if you’re hoping for total peace and quiet, you’ll likely hear some traffic rather than just birds and nature sounds. That said, we don’t spend much time at the condo during the day, so it wasn’t a big issue for us.We especially loved how close it was to the beach — perfect for morning and evening walks. During the day, we explored the area with hikes and visits to Hookipa and Baby Beach, which were both wonderful.Overall, a beautiful place to stay with an ideal location and lovely design — just be aware of the road noise if that’s a concern for you.

Location of condo to restaurants and beaches is amazing we love to snorkel and come to Maui twice yearly just some added advice the snorkel equipment in condo is not complete simply rent equipment and have a wonderful time.

We loved the location and the grounds were beautiful. It was a comfortable bed. The amenities were as described. It was just a bit old and run down the blinds didn’t work well in the bedroom. The counter in bathroom had tiny bugs. It had a bit of a musty smell. But overall not terrible. The ac unit is only in the bedroom which is most important but just fyi if anyone’s sleeping in the living room.

Bad set up for example no dresser in the bedroom with drawers?A strange old fashioned cupboard. Not for clothes!Is one suppose to hang underwear, shorts, every single t-shirt on hangers? No kettle. Want tea use a big pot to boil water for that cup. A box of tissue anywhere for a sniffle? No! Run to the bathroom and use toilet paper. Only 2 dining table chairs. A rickety bench on the other side. Afraid to sit on it. No hangers. Not 1 in the large hall closetNot enough "cheap" hangers in the bedroom.Vertical blinds in bedroom do not work with the pull cord. One must pull each one manually.Quit bothering to try to open them.Furniture must be moved to watch the tv. Poor placement. Poor design. Better choices needed for seating. Our 3 Rd time staying in this complex.Never this unit again.

Palms at Wailea

Calling the rental company seemed to irritate them. We only called twice with general inquiries and each time were told they look after hundreds of properties and couldn’t assist. On site at the front desk, we inquired about local bus services; they didn’t know which bus number, cost or routing. In our suite, the sofa bed was impossible to pull out. So that no damage was done, we slept on the floor.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The Palms at Wailea is a fantastic place to stay in Maui. The location is very convenient and the surrounding property is beautiful and well maintained. When you book the condo you are provided with an app with complete information about check in/out, wifi, contact info, lots of useful information, etc etc. The only reason I lowered the rating was due to the condition of the unit where we stayed (1803). Is really outdated. Needs ro be renovated. I would 100% stay at the Palms again, just not in that unit.
