Just a short 500m stroll to the grass foreshore of lake Mulwala with amenities , BBQ facilities and playgrounds. Located in the centre of town you will be close to the boat ramp, lake pool, boat hire, boat rides, tackle shop, TunZafun, pubs, clubs, pizza/wine bar, supermarket, service station, football club, bakery and cafe... Bring your Boats, kayaks & Paddleboards and explore Lake Mulwala and Murray River... head out to Bundalong by Boat.

Wander over to the Ski Club to catch some live music, ski show or a bite to eat. A 3 minute drive to the glorious Mulwala Golf club, where the kids can go to the Movies whilst you have a hit of Golf! RSL offers a range of dining options. All clubs offer free courtesy bus pick up/drop off.

Take a walk over the bridge into Yarrawonga and you will find all the shops, dining options you can ask for. Along the foreshore you will find boat cruises, playgrounds, Aquazone Inflatable park, BBQ areas, amenities and water park including water slide.

A short drive and you will enter the world renowned famous Rutherglen / Corowa wine region.

This 4 bedroom home offers 4 generous sizes bedrooms (3 with large robes).
Master Bedroom has a King Size Bed , all other rooms have Queen Size Beds.

This home boast a large living room space with separate kitchen/dining area and plenty of outdoor space to enjoy. Two bathrooms and 2 toilets. Main bathroom has a bath. Second bathroom is located in the garage and includes a toilet which is handy when relaxing outdoors. Large Laundry / Store Room.

Access to garage / store for putting away any ski/boat gear. Large carport/boat store / undercover outdoor entertaining area, providing plenty of options on how you enjoy the outdoor space. Includes outdoor bathroom/toilet.

A plein air painting trip

4 of us stayed here for 3 nights to join a plein air paint away with the Victorian Watercolour Society. The accommodation was so well placed in being central to wonderful painting subjects around Mulwala and Yarrawonga. A very comfortable accommodation where the 4 of us could recover from our day out painting.

Awesome Place

The house was fantastic. Nice & cosy. Our fur babies loved the big back yard. Hosts were amazing. Highly recommend. Will certainly be back.

Excellent stay at Mulwala for fishing trip

An excellent property for boaters - room to park two boats side-by-side off the street behind a large gate. House was clean and comfortable, and the hosts couldn't have been better. Communication was great and they were very positive and proactive. Good boat ramp with ample parking about 1km from the house, so very convenient. A perfect place to stay and I recommend it!

Voici pourquoi l’hĂŽte a choisi cet hĂ©bergement

Location.... Location... Location... This is a spacious 4 bedroom home on a large 1000sqm block with side lane access. Quiet road, with good boat/ turning access and plenty of parking. We have recently purchased this property , and will be doing some renovations in the coming months before the Christmas Holidays, so the house will be updated with new carpet, paint and more. New Kitchen and 2nd bathroom to come in due course.
Updated photos will be loaded prior to Christmas.
