The unit has been tastefully decorated in a beachy aesthetic and features a queen-sized bed and full-sized sleeper sofa (sleeps one adult or 2 children comfortably) that can accommodate four (4). Guests also have access to a fully stocked kitchen, flat screen tv’s in all rooms, air conditioning in the bedroom, and cable/WIFI for those looking to unwind with a movie after a day of exploration. The covered lanai (patio) is the great spot to enjoy your morning coffee as your take in the many sights of the Waikiki city view and plan your next Hawaii adventure.

The Kaiolu Sunrise complex is a secure building that offers coin operated community washer/dryer units on all floors, on-site swimming pool and BBQ area. The unit does not come with parking but there is a viable, low-cost car share program (Drive Hui) with 13 locations in Waikiki. With advance reservation guests can have transportation waiting and available. The closest Drive Hui stations to the property is just 3 blocks away.

The unit is within walking distance to the shopping, restaurants, and famous Waikiki Beach. You have everything from small boutique stores for little Hawaii souvenirs to world-class shopping and dining.

This property may not be rented for less than 30 consecutive days. Rental prices will not be reduced or adjusted based on the number of days the rental is actually used or occupied.

No Smoking: If any signs of smoking in or around property are documented, the renter agrees to pay a $300.00 fine and immediate eviction

Supplies: Each property is equipped with a starter pack of paper towels, toilet paper, dish soap, and trash bag. If you run out, you will need to replenish these products at your own expense.

Pet Policy: This property is NOT pet friendly. Please note: if we find an unauthorized pet in the home, we will ask for it to be removed immediately and charged an additional Non-Refundable fee of $500 and in some cases can be up to $1,000.
