Loved this place!

This house was so incredibly nice and clean! It was even better than we thought it would be. Well-decorated and clearly well taken care of. It's a very short, easy walk to the beach. The outdoor shower was amazing to have! Would definitely recommend this place and would absolutely stay again!

This property is more than you’d expect. We loved our stay, Mitch is excellent at communicating and we were super comfortable. First time to Isle of Palms for a baseball tournament and I’d rent this house again. Thanks for being great hosts!

Quaint, comfortable beach home

This home was perfect for our family (7 adults). It was very clean, beds were comfortable and the kitchen had everything you would need. It is smaller, but the layout was good and we never felt cramped. The location is great, just a quick walk to the beach. Our host Mitch was great! He checked in with us when we arrived and even brought us new beach chairs without us asking. He was also great at giving recommendations for dining/activities. Highly recommend this home & host!

We had such a lovely stay at this beachy home! The location was wonderful. Quiet street with easy beach access just a block away. The house was exceptionally clean and very well-stocked with anything we could have needed. Comfortable beds and plenty of room to sleep and hang out. Mitch was friendly and attentive. The Perfect Place!

My husband and I have visited Isle of Palms every fall for years. This year, with the addition of our baby girl, we wanted to stay somewhere other than a hotel so we could have extra space and amenities. This place was absolutely perfect! The house was very clean, well stocked, and just a five minute walk to the beach! The owner called us on the day of our arrival to check that we got in ok and to clarify any questions we may have had. He assured us that if we had any issues or just simply wanted suggestions of places to see/do, he was just a phone call away. We truly cannot say enough positive things about this house. We will be back!

Spring Break 2023

100% love this property! Our family has used VRBO for years and this has to be the nicest place we have rented. Location was fantastic. Extremely clean house (passed the white sock test :-)), every amenity we could need and easy to work with the owner. Highly recommend.

Perfect Family Getaway

We loved our week at this property. It was cozy, clean, close to the beach and perfect for our family getaway. Mitch was delightful to work with and gave us lots of great restaurant recommendations. One of our favorite excursions was a fishing trip with Captain Jason of Charleston Fishing Trips. Everything we caught was then fried up at Water’s Edge. A perfect meal on a perfect day. We would definitely recommend this property and stay here again.

This updated home had everything we needed to have a very fun week with our five kids. Walking to the beach for sunset was amazing. It’s so close! The outdoor shower was a big favorite as well. We will be back soon.

Affordabe getaway!

Extremely clean and stocked with all the house linens and toiletries needed. Plenty of room for our family of 5 (two teenagers) to spread out and relax. Very continent walk to the beach. The house is not on the main street so minimal traffic going past. Outdoor shower is a big plus for coming back from the beach.

We had a wonderful time at the Beachy Blue house! Easily walk to the beach, which was lovely and uncrowded our first day! Unfortunately it rained the rest of our stay, but luckily, the home was quite comfy and with 3 different living areas, we were able to enjoy our own spaces. As four senior ladies, we can be picky, but had no complaints at all about the house. We read, put together a jigsaw puzzle, played some board games and found a plethora of great restaurants within a 5/6 mile radius. Mitch was available for questions (we didn’t have any problems) and offered plenty of advice. This was a great property and I’d definitely stay again and also recommend for a great place to stay in IOP.

Perfect Beach cottage!

We were so pleased with this property from the time we opened the door. It was super clean, nicely furnished with comfortable furniture. The kitchen is fully furnished for any kind of meal prep. The big Blackstone grill outside was a pleasant surprise. Having no stairs to climb was really nice. This house had everything we needed as a family with a range of ages. The renovations are well done. The owner communicated very well. This has been our favorite stay in IOP to date. It’s located on a quiet street but just a 2-3 minute easy walk to beach access path. Would definitely recommend and stay again!

Cute and cozy

The home was exactly as the pics show. The decor was beachy and inviting. Our first time staying in IOP and we weren't dissapointed. The home owner was awesome, very helpful and communicative. We did so much in such a quick stay (5 days). We still got over to see a sunrise and sunset and the walk to the beach is just around the corner. The drive to Charelston is only 30 minutes and so close to Shem Creek and Mt Pleasant. We rent homes often and normally bring our Doodles with us. Would totally love it, if we were able to find a home this cute that is pet friendly. Loved this home in a quiet a very nice neighborhood.
