Wataview!! - Gerroa!!

Wataview is what you will say when you step into this home! Just 600m from the house, you can sink your toes into the sand and take in the sweeping views of Seven Mile Beach.

A wood fireplace crackling whilst overlooking the ocean is a perfect retreat for colder weather, you will want to stay all year long with air conditioning for summer. The Fishos Club is only 200m walk and close by is The Blue Swimmer Restaurant and Cafe to grab a morning coffee, Seven Mile Beach is only 600m walk.

Wataview is a cosy family beach house, comfortable sleeps up to 8 guests and is well-equipped for a beach holiday with an extensive games room including a pool table, surf boards, kayak and boogie boards, three televisions 2 with Netflix, board games, magazines, books, DVD's and more

Accommodation includes three queen bedrooms, two bathrooms both with a shower and toilet, a games room and kids bunks. Internal laundry with washing machine and dryer including ironing facilities.

You can spend your days relaxing on the balcony, with a good book and enjoying the complementary wine and chocolates.

Great place for our toddler!

We had the best stay in this lovely house. The view was spectacular, and I loved the safety of the rails on the deck so we had no worries when our 17 month granddaughter was out there blowing bubbles with me. I appreciated all the snacks and treats they had out for us, as well as the coffee, tea and plethora of plates, bowls, cups and serving ware.When we visit Australia again next spring I hope we can stay at Wataview again!

Beautiful view.

We found the property to be clean and generously provisioned. Plenty of space for six adults a child and a baby. Decent beds and a nice deck to enjoy the beautiful view.

Wataview - its true!

Wataview really lives up to its name. We had a wonderful time sitting on the deck looking at Coolangatta Mountain and Seven Mile Beach. Its a well-appointed and comfortable house.

Fantastic

Wataview was exactly that, uninterrupted sweeping views of seven mile beach. We have stayed in quite a few houses in the area and none were more equipped with essentials and non essentials. Everybody was looked after from the kids to the adults. A very short walk to the fisherman's club. Thank you, we will be back

Absolute peaceful haven with the best view in NSW

We absolutely LOVED 'Whataview'. It truly was the most peaceful and beautiful place and exceeded all our expectations. The privacy and serenity along with the thoughtful set up of the house was second to none. Sparkling wine and chocolates on arrival, a generous array of things in the pantry if you needed a kick start, beautifully clean in every room, the list is not exhaustive! Very comfy beds, never-ending, panoramic ocean views from the entire top floor and possibly the best balcony to view it from. We actually had pouring rain for much of our time and still loved it, we even got to light the fire one day as it was so cold and the wood and kindling was all generously provided by the owner!! My brother also stayed at the property and on the last day he sadly said he wished it was his first. We could not recommend this property more and very much hope to stay again. Also, communication with Pauline is super which is very reassuring. Thanks so much for this opportunity Pauline.

Beautiful property, warm hosts. A few improvements needed

We had a really good break here! Pros: *Lots of extra thoughtful touches from the hosts, to make our stay more comfortable. (Welcome basket, wine, extra towels, lounging robes, every kitchen appliance imaginable) *Lovely view and deck to take it all in. *Property was clean, with plenty of books, dvds and games to entertain visitors. Suggestions: *The mattresses could use an upgrade. Nothing like a good night’s rest to make a house feel like a home! *Switching the Bed linens from polyester to cotton would make a big difference. *A dishwasher in the kitchen will improve the experience. No-one wants to do dishes on holiday, especially not for a household of 8 :-) *Placing the bbq on the deck would encourage use, as the downstairs outdoor setting is not as appealing- neither is it connected to the upstairs deck for easy transfer of food or guests.

Perfect family retreat

A perfect family retreat! No need to pack anything but your clothes as all entertainment is provided for! The house was perfect- clean, beautifully appointed with kids in the bunk and adults in the queen rooms. The kids loved the board games, pool table, selection of movies/channels. No fighting over the remote as there were TV’s both upstairs and down. And the view - spectacular! We took lovely photos from the house as well as at the beach which is a 2 min walk from the house. The kids were happy to spend the day at the beach, building teepees, running along the packed sand. The house and rooms were clean, beautifully and thoughtfully appointed with everything you need. We were also greeted with a beautiful welcome hamper which was so lovely. Thank you for the most perfect stay, I wish we could have stayed longer! We will definitely be back!

Everything you could imagine and more

Amazing location, views and property. Incredibly generous with kitchen and bathroom provisions, luxury bedding, linen, towels and hot showers to die for. Everything has been thought of for the most enjoyable stay regardless of the weather. Would pass the test even from the most hard to impress guest. We had a wonderful stay. Well exceeded our expectations. Looking forward to next time we visit already.

Wonderful Weekend, even with the Wet Weather

The view was amazing, and the house was wonderful. Loved the little extras throughout the house. Due to the rain we were stuck inside the whole weekend, but the house had great space to play board games and watch movies without it being cramped. Hope to come back to enjoy the outdoor deck and beach down the road.

Enjoyable stay. Great location!

Location is awesome with a great aspect of the ocean when you step out on to the balcony. The house was very clean and well appointed with some thoughtful details like the sparkling wine and chocolates on arrival and individual soap/shampoo packs for each person. The only feedback for improvement will be to consider a installing a dishwasher. That will just complete this property in terms of comfort. All in all we had a wonderful and relaxing holiday. Thank you.
