Située à 1/2 pâté de maisons de la promenade de sable et de la promenade, l'unité supérieure de 3 chambres / 2 salles de bain de notre duplex de location de vacances est à la portée des meilleures activités de loisirs en bord de mer et dans l'océan de Newport Beach: des vagues formidables pour le surfeur accompli, tout en douceur Des rivages pour le plus jeune constructeur de châteaux de sable ... à tout moment de l'année!

Un motif de plage relaxant accueille les clients et offre une vue sur l'océan depuis le patio avant. Nous avons confortablement meublé et stocké l'unité pour de merveilleuses escapades familiales toute l'année:

Perfect spot right near the boardwalk and beach

Pretty decent upstairs home. No real complaints. A few items could be replaced like the blinds need attention and so does the sliding glass door but very comfortable. We would definitely rent again!

Beach Getaway

Super cute beach house! The bedrooms were perfect and the home has a huge family room with lots of comfortable seating for everyone to chill after a day on the beach.. The home is so close to beach. It was very easy to have our kids run up to the house to grab something without us having to go with them. Love the location . Walking distance to grocery store, restaurants, shops, and pier so we never took the car out of the garage. I would definitely stay there again!

Great location/run down property

Location was fantastic. Unfortunately the property was run down. The furniture needed replacing. Couch had stains and mold on them. Dining chairs were unsittable. Stains and water marks on every piece of furniture. Also requested batteries for a remote that never came.

It’s not hyper clean

The location is fantastic. The view is beautiful however, it was not hyper clean as advertised. The furniture is completely outdated in the kitchen living area. I took pictures. It was really not nice at all. Should not be advertised as hyper clean it is not the bedrooms were fine. The bathrooms were fine, but the kitchen and family sitting area was awful.

JUST BEACHY!

Nice location, close to beach, shopping, dinning & Starbucks. Unit could use a little updating including the towels, very warn and rough. We have stayed in a few VRBO’s and Other rentals and was surprised that we needed to bring Toilet paper, paper towel and body soap for the shower. Just not as vacation friendly as I had expected. Garage is super tiny but we were able to fit the Honda Odessey in on the left side. If we had the right side it would not have fit.

There is free street parking in the area, but spaces can be tricky to find during summer and Spring Break. Great location and well equipped property

The location is 5-6 houses from the beach, 3 blocks from a grocery store. The Newport pier area is close enough for an easy walk, but also not too close for noise/activity. The unit itself was very clean, the furniture used but clean. We liked that there were a lot of dishes and kitchen items, it was very well furnished. The mattresses were very comfortable, and the bedding clean and of good quality. This unit is upstairs, and while the lower unit was occupied, we did not hear any sounds from down below. The street was popular with surfers, so cars did arrive in the morning. But considering how densely populated Newport is, the location was peaceful enough for us. The management company Beachview Realty was fantastic, they communicated every step of the way.

Don't be fooled by what is listed as available

Beds were comfy, ceiling fans saved our sleep (even though they click a little on the higher speeds), clean, and the location is AMAZING. HOWEVER ... Crib and high chair, even though listed as an amenity, costs extra ($30) and has to be specifically requested. Just be aware. And the tub doesn't hold water, the drain is broken. And the shower in the master bath has a shower head that doesn't point down enough so that if you're shorter than 5'8", don't plan on being in the stream of water, you'll have to splash water on your body with your hands. When it says "spices" included in the listing, it's just salt, granulated salt, hidden away in the back of the cabinet with the pots. Also, there's no laundry detergent. Lastly, the blue couches and the coffee table in the photos aren't there. There's a large off-white sectional and a tufted ottoman instead. And don't, whatever you do, look under the couch covers.

Incredible location and great beach house

I absolutely loved our stay here. The location was perfect and the house met all of our needs. I would absolutely stay here again. The check-in process was easy, everyone was friendly, and we were provided with everything we needed and then some. The house was clean and while it wasn’t a luxury-quality rental, the house is exactly as described and is everything you want out of a beach house. There was no problem with anything in the house, from the washing machine to the kitchen appliances. The rooms were set up wonderfully and had plenty of space for the week that we were there. We also loved being upstairs, especially since we were a group of all women. The location was why we booked this spot - it’s absolutely perfect. You’re a short walk to the grocery store, bars, restaurants, coffee shops, and the beach is at the end of the street. We walked to Lido Aisle every morning for coffee, got breakfast burritos 2 blocks away, and the boardwalk can take you from the beach access area straight to the pier . The peninsula is really such a wonderful, walkable area and we loved it. One thing that I think is worth drawing attention to is the bed situation. The listing presents itself as being able to sleep 8, which it can, but only if you spend additional money on rollaway beds. The beds are super easy to reserve, but the information on those is a little bit buried. Of course, there’s also the noise ordinance, but it’s very easy to abide by and it makes the neighborhood nice and quiet after 10pm. We had a really great time at this house and I would absolutely recommend it!

Furniture in family room was ample but soiled. Lighting subpar in bathrooms & family room. Window coverings in dining room area need to be replaced. Other than much used furniture, clean apartment. This unit is little beat up... The photos don't depict the unit well. The location is perfection, garage was easy to get in and out of and the unit is large! Lower your expectations and you will be pleased.

Property was good. Great location, right next to the beach and walking distance to restaurants. Only negative was the 3 loud nights of partying from the people staying across the street 😕

Perfect location

I loved this place, steps from the beach. Beach view was great and always got back to me in a timely manner. Planning on coming back next year!
