Cette unité exceptionnellement propre a récemment été améliorée avec une nouvelle cuisine entièrement équipée avec de nouvelles armoires, des comptoirs en granit et des appareils électroménagers. Il dispose de 3 chambres, 2 salles de bain (douche et baignoire), laveuse et sécheuse haute énergie, espace pour 2 voitures dans le garage pour 4 voitures, Internet haut débit, téléviseurs à écran plat, chaîne stéréo, etc. L'unité supérieure a un balcon avec vue sur l'océan et l'unité inférieure a une terrasse. avec au moins 10 chaises et 2 tables. La propriété est un duplex et celui répertorié ici est l'unité inférieure qui loue à court terme et à la semaine du samedi au samedi de juin à août. L'unité supérieure est de la même taille et loue sur un bail de 9 mois de mi-septembre à mi-juin. Il est disponible la première semaine de juin sur une base hebdomadaire. We had a wonderful time at this beach house in October! The location was perfect - a short walk to the beach with beautiful ocean views. The house was spotless, well equipped and comfortable. October weather was ideal - sunny and warm without the summer crowds. Check in was a breeze. We enjoyed morning walks, local coffee shops and restaurants, a Sunday morning Farmers' Market, bike rides and incredible sunsets! Highly recommend this property for a relaxing beach getaway.

My husband and I grew up in Southern California and always dreamed of owning a place in Newport Beach. After spending several years working overseas in Indonesia, Thailand and the Philippines we returned to fulfill that dream. In 1990 we bought a brand new duplex in Newport and it has become a favorite place for our family and friends to stay.

Voici pourquoi l’hôte a choisi cet hébergement

Our place is a 20 minute drive from John Wayne airport, 30 minutes from Disneyland and Knotts Berry Farm. It is also within walking distance to the Newport and Balboa Piers as well as great restaurants, shops, and grocery stores, not to mention only 7 houses from the beach. One of our favorite things to do in the afternoon is to walk down the boardwalk and get a frozen banana.

Another favorite past time is to sip our morning coffee on the patio while watching the pods of dolphins and Catalina Island in the distance. The gentle waves made it ideal for swimming, surfing or body surfing.
