Everything was great the only thing I can complain about is that the pull out bed only slept one person. I would say this condo only sleeps 3 people.

Perfect Fishing Getaway

We were able to get settled and walk out to the fishing pier whenever we felt like it. It was very comfortable and relaxing.

Rockport Ocean View

We loved our stay here. It’s such a cute place right on the ocean with beautiful views of the water from your room. Just what we were looking for and there is a pier to enjoy hanging out/fishing. Super easy check in and the condo is right by everything you need. Pool, ice machine, and the ocean views you can’t beat. The host was great and provided instructions early for an easy check in. We will definitely be staying here again.

Relaxation by the bay.

Relaxing with coffee with an awesome view of the bay, strolling the private fishing pier, hiking the nearby Rockport beach, and enjoying great food and beverages at Rockport's restaurants! Wonderful!

Extremely clean

Very clean. Very calm and beachy decor. Owner was quick to answer questions. Well equipped for no kitchen with microwave and toaster. The shower was awesome and loved the full size shampoo etc. The only issues we had have nothing to do with the property or listing. We have stayed at Laguna Reef and love the property but stayed before in a condo unit with kitchen and balcony. I wrongly assumed all units were the same. This unit is more like a hotel room with no kitchen. The other units we stayed in have front access for parking as well as ocean view. You have to walk around the building or through the lobby to get to this unit. It is steps away from the pool which could be a plus but be aware there is always foot traffic in front of your unit. The view is great but no privacy if you leave the curtains open. Overall a very nice room but very small.

Great Location

The room was clean. Fresh sheets and towels. The pier was literally right across the road. Only thing was parking in the rear of the building. I never met with any one on location which was good and bad, i guess. Overall we enjoyed the room and location.

Location was very nice and close to Rockport beach.

Had a very nice view of the water but we did have a little problem locking and reopening the front door. Management was very nice and did give us another code for the door. The place was clean but someone left some personal belongings in the last two drawers of the chest of drawers. The stay was pleasant and great views of the water from the condo. My husband and I still had a great time.

Great amenities and location!

Exactly what I was looking for to spend a weekend with my 6 year old at the beach! The pool across the patio was excellent! The location close to Rockport beach was perfect! Very cute little condo with all the comforts! Will be back!

Perfect fishing get away

We chose this unit because of the location and private fishing pier. It did not disappoint! We enjoyed fishing off the lighted pier and caught so many different species. Unfortunately the last half of the pier’s lights were not working and it could get a bit crowded at night. The pool looked nice but we didn’t use because it was pretty crowded most of the time. The room was clean and comfortable and just as expected.

Perfect Getaway

My husband and I really enjoyed our stay. Property is in the perfect location. The condo looks straight out at the water and fishing pier and is right next to the pool/hot tub. The grounds were well kept and condo was clean.
