Just across A1A, the sand and Atlantic surf sit within easy reach whenever you feel drawn toward the water. Morning light moves comfortably through the space, creating an inviting atmosphere to slow down, settle in, and enjoy the coastal setting at your own pace.

Sleeping arrangements
Spread across three levels, the home accommodates up to six guests with three bedrooms and 2.5 baths. The layout provides privacy between floors, offering a comfortable retreat whether you are sharing the stay with family or friends. Air conditioning, ceiling fans, and heating help maintain an easy indoor temperature throughout the year.

Living spaces
Open gathering areas make it simple to unwind after time outdoors. An HDTV provides relaxed entertainment in the evenings, while the private elevator serving all levels offers added convenience for moving between floors without relying on stairs.

Kitchen and dining
A dedicated kitchen gives you the option to prepare meals in a familiar setting, complemented by a nearby dining table for easy breakfasts or unhurried dinners. A patio or balcony extends the living space outside, where a grill and barbecue utensils offer another way to enjoy meals in the coastal air.

Outdoor living and pool
A shared outdoor saltwater pool is available year-round, providing a refreshing alternative to the ocean. Although unheated, the pool is yours to enjoy surrounded by palms and fresh ocean air (no hot tub). Beach access sits just across A1A, making it simple to spend time along the shoreline whenever the mood strikes. Beach essentials are provided for added convenience.

Work, connectivity, and everyday comfort
High-speed Wifi and a dedicated workspace support remote work or planning your adventures around St. Augustine. A washer and dryer, self check-in with a keypad, and free driveway parking for up to three vehicles add practical ease throughout your stay. A private entrance maintains a sense of independence from arrival to departure.

Pet-friendly details
This dog-friendly home welcomes up to two dogs with pre-approval and additional pet fees, allowing you to bring along your companions.

Neighborhood
Set in North Vilano Beach, the location places you close to both the Atlantic shoreline and the Intracoastal Waterway. A nearby boat launch is convenient for those bringing watercraft, while grocery stores, local restaurants, and the historic streets of St. Augustine are a short drive away, offering a balance of coastal relaxation and easy exploration.

-Pool is Not Heated & shared with the South house. No hot tub. Pool accessible from ground floor only through garage.
-Please be aware that outdoor surveillance camera(s) are in operation on this property for security purposes.
-Upon booking, you will receive a Rental Agreement via email. Please sign and return the Rental Agreement along with a copy of a government-issued ID that matches the reservation details and person renting. These items are required to complete your reservation and to allow access onto the property.
-Pet Disclaimer: Properties listed as "Pet Friendly", Only Accept Dog(s), 2 maximum (where allowed), subject to breed and weight restrictions. Pre-Approval is required along with separate pet fees collected after you book. Pet Fee is $75 per night, not to exceed $750, plus taxes. Fee for a 2nd dog is dependent upon breed, weight & approval.
