The space

The main level holds two bedrooms and a full bathroom, with direct access to the shaded side patio and the garden deck beyond. Upstairs, the kitchen, dining area, and living room flow together in an open, connected layout. Step out onto the covered balcony to catch the sound of church bells and the slow roll of carriages passing below - it's the kind of moment that makes St. Augustine feel like nowhere else. A ceiling fan keeps things comfortable, and the HDTV is there when the evening calls for winding down.
 
Sleeping arrangements
Three bedrooms across two floors sleep up to 6 guests across 3 beds. The primary bedroom on the upper level includes an en-suite bathroom - a welcome touch of privacy for couples or whoever needs the quiet. The two main-floor bedrooms share the second full bathroom, making the layout a natural fit for families or small groups.
 
Kitchen & dining
The full kitchen is well-stocked and ready to use - refrigerator, stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, toaster, cooking basics, dishes, and silverware are all provided. A dining table gives you a proper place to sit and eat in, and when the weather cooperates, the garden deck with the BBQ and barbecue utensils makes for an easy al fresco meal.
 
Outdoor living
The garden deck is shaded by mature trees draped in Spanish moss, with Adirondack chairs set up for unhurried afternoons. Fire up the grill, eat outside, or simply sit and let the neighborhood come to you. A covered front porch and shaded side patio extend your outdoor options without putting you directly in the Florida sun.

Free driveway parking for up to 3 vehicles is available on premises. Keypad self check-in means arrival is entirely on your schedule. The in-unit washer and dryer are ideal for longer stays. A dedicated workspace and reliable Wi-Fi keep remote workers connected. The home is stocked with all the essentials - towels, bed sheets, soap, toilet paper, hangers, bed linens, and an iron. A smoke alarm, fire extinguisher, and first aid kit are all on site. Please note: no carbon monoxide alarm is present - the host has indicated one is not necessary, but reach out with any questions.

You're in the walkable heart of St. Augustine's historic district, with restaurants, breweries, independent shops, and major landmarks all within easy reach on foot. Vilano Beach and other coastal spots are a short drive away - historic neighborhood by day, Florida coastline whenever you want it.
