This stylish, light filled apartment, located a stone's throw from Warrnambool's Foreshore Promenade, is the perfect retreat for a weekend away with friends or family. With the Deep Blue Hot Springs at your doorstep and local restaurants and attractions a short stroll, your beach holiday is sorted.

THE BAY, with its high ceilings and crisp white interior has an inviting and airy feel. Set over three levels (with a basement), it features three bedrooms, two lounge areas, three outdoor areas and lock up garage with ample storage throughout. WIFI and streaming services are all available on all levels.

Basement
The lock up garage has space for one car, with free off-street parking for other vehicles on Barbaro Terrace and Pertobe Road.
The basement has a fully equipped laundry, with washing machine and dryer, a toilet and an outdoor patio area with a clothesline.

Level One:
This spacious level accommodates the dining room, kitchen, lounge room and outdoor patio.
The dining table seats 8 guests comfortably and the fully equipped kitchen makes entertaining a breeze.
Everything is at your disposal with filtered water, an electric oven, gas cooktop, dishwasher, rice cooker, slow cooker, sandwich maker and ample kitchen supplies.
The lounge is the perfect place to relax after a day of sightseeing with two large couches and a flat screen TV with Apple TV (with access to Netflix, Amazon and more) at your disposal. Or head outside to the lush, secluded patio, which features outdoor seating and Weber gas BBQ.

Level Two:
On this level is a bedroom, with a queen bed, wardrobes and a comfy armchair by the window. The main bathroom, adjacent to the bedroom has recently been renovated with huge shower, toilet and under floor heating.
The other bedroom on this level is versatile due to its space and bed configurations. It can sleep up to 4 adults / children with two single beds and two single trundles with comfy mattresses. It also has a TV with a DVD player and DVDs available.

Level Three:
You will find the third bedroom, second bathroom and second lounge with balcony and sea views on this level.
The bedroom has a king bed with lots of storage space and the adjacent bathroom has a shower and toilet. The lounge area is the perfect teens retreat with a Smart TV and wired in HDMI connection for a gaming console. The two Koala sofa beds can be converted into two king single beds and the balcony offers views across the bay.

Accessibility: THE BAY is located over four storeys with lots of stairs inside and high balconies. It is not ideal for infants, toddlers or people with impaired mobility. The house is ideal for a combined family trip (it fits two families of four comfortably) or a multigenerational catch up.

There is parking for one car in the garage and free off street parking on Barbaro Terrace and Pertobe Road.

THE BAY is located close to the beach and many of Warrnambool's local attractions.
Many visitors come to the region to experience the geothermal pools at Deep Blue Hot Springs, which is conveniently located next to the apartment complex. Sessions are available throughout the day and evening with other wellness and spa treatments available.
The Foreshore Promenade (with access to Worm Bay) is right at your doorstep. This links up Warrnambool's beaches from Lady Bay to Hopkin's River.

Check in time is 2pm and check out time is 10am. An early check in and check out may be available, subject to availability and a fee may apply.
The house is not suitable for crawling babies or toddlers due to the gaps in the stairs at the apartment.
