This property was well kept and very comfortable. The late check in accommodations were very simple and hassle free. I would definitely recommend this to any family looking to take their kids on a safe comfortable trip. The views were absolutely stunning and the wrap around balcony was a huge hit with the kids.

Such a beautiful unit! Comfortable, spectacular views! Would love to know where you found the Morning Beach picture in the master bedroom. Love Baywatch Resort for the ease of the stay. Mostly quiet, great amenities, clean, oceanfront, cozy!

This unit is great. The view alone is worth it. This is a unit on the corner in the penthouse and there’s nothing beside the unit so you got a clear shot down the beach. On the day we were there we saw a full rainbow. It was beautiful, It was very clean and so upgraded vinyl floors, two beds in each room. A lot of hooks in the bathroom for towels. kitchen was well stocked. The amenities at this condo are great. I think my grandchildren said they were 18 pools hot tubs/lazy rivers. I would highly recommend this unit and this condo.

The view was absolutely amazing. Bathrooms had the best water pressure and tubs were spacious. The decor and the unit itself could use some updating. The elevators and parking deck were troublesome with the amount of traffic and the elevators stopped working from time to time. When we arrived the unit needed to be vacuumed and the smoke alarms were alarming, but Elliott responded quickly. The tv in one of the bedrooms stopped working so we just went and bought our own to watch. The beds slept great! Overall we had a great week with some of the hiccups and Elliott was great to work with.

Room was not cleaned

When we arrived the room was not cleaned. For this company to be charging a lot of money, the place should have been cleaned. We paid over $2500 to stay at this place. It was trash left in the drawers, food on the floor in the rooms, room had an odor, dirty linen was left in room with stains on them. We had to call 3 times to ask for clean bed comforters and pillows/sheets. We also asked for a vacuum so we could vacuum the floors with food particles. I don’t know if I will be using Elliott reality again. I was very disappointed and not pleased with the cleanliness of the room. Especially after getting off a 6-7 hour motorcycle ride then having to clean the room.

However, our housekeeping app pictures shows the unit as being clean. I am glad we were able to get the bedding replaced for you. Great location and family spot, condo needs work

Great spot for families with young children. Right on the beach with multiple pools, lazy rivers, and kiddie pools. The listing is as described - nothing fancy but we didn’t visit expecting luxury. There were a few things wrong with the condo. 1.) Lights in the master bath were not working. 2.) Fridge shelf is duct taped onto the door. 3.) A toilet handle was semi-broken when we arrived and fully broke during our stay. We notified the rental company (Elliott) and they said someone would come to fix it. They never came and for the remainder of our trip (3-4 days) we were with one working toilet. 4.) The dresser in the master is difficult to use. The drawers either stuck, or would fall completely onto the ground with anything in them. Would stay at this property again but not sure I’d go through this rental company/this specific unit because of the issues listed above.

Great views from the wraparound balcony

The unit was not clean at all when we arrived but after speaking with the property manager they sent another cleaning crew to do a reclean. I think a deep clean of the unit would go a long way but we did enjoy the place after the reclean. The beach is beautiful and pool area was very nice.

Great Place

I booked this condo 2 days in advance of our check in date. The pictures were exactly as the condo appeared at check in. Our family of 8 were very comfortable and could of slept 10 if needed. Elliot staff very helpful.
