Very clean, and great location by the river. The elevator was a plus, especially when you have a disabled family member. Overall, it was a nice peaceful getaway.

Very clean, nice, and relaxing accommodation. Everything was smooth from start to finish. I loved the amenities and everything the property has to offer. It’s the perfect spot to come, unwind, and relax and make the perfect memories. I would definitely stay here again!

Can’t beat the location. Right on a beautiful spot on the Guadalupe River. Home will be a nice base for weekend fun. Thumbs up! :)

Perfect place to stay to experience the magical Texas Hill Country! Minutes away from New Braunfels to float the river for a day- then to Gruene for great dinner and dancehall fun! Will be back soon! :)The house had EVERYTHING we needed to enjoy the outdoor space. Exactly what we wanted-

ABSOLUTELY WONDERFUL PLACE

This is a great location. Beautiful scenery, the house itself is amazing. The elevator was sooo great for us 60+, we actually just used it to transport luggage and heavy stuff upstairs but with bad knees & backs we were so grateful! My grandchildren loved the kayaking! So close to Schlitterbahn or Comal River. Ideal Location Will definitely be back

Comfortable and Relaxing stay

I recently stayed with my family and had an incredible time. The property was beautiful, with stunning view of Guadalupe River. The place itself was spacious, comfortable, and tastefully decorated, with all the amenities we needed for a relaxing stay. The kitchen was fully equipped. The bedrooms were comfortable and provided plenty of space for all of us to sleep soundly. The bathrooms were also clean and modern, with plenty of towels and toiletries.Overall, we had an amazing time at the place and would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing and peaceful vacation for all age group.

Overall a great stay! There were pros and a few cons. The pros: The location! Personal space in the lake to swim and lounge in. Kayaks/ lily pad/ bikes/ life jackets( we brought our own but saw a nice variety of some). Towels & toiletries ( for those that may have forgotten).DVD player! Came in handy since WiFi was splotchy. Nothing like a good ol dvd. Kitchen items to assist with cooking. Other little amenities are offered I just didn’t use them. Cons:Neighbors dogs are let out between 5/6am where they bark for a good little while before they take a break and do it again and again lol so just bring some ear plugs! The bath in the master has some jets in it that seemed like it would be relaxing but it was full of mold & looked like it hadn’t been cleaned. (Also drywall in ceiling has a large crack and pieces will fall soon) the handles in the bathtub are a little wonky on trying to figure out the right temperature & the proper placement to turn it off. The cowboy/stock pool wasn’t clean so we were unable to use it. :( These were minor things and didn’t cause a disturbance in our stay (maybe just a little, woof woof, lol). We will be back again in the future.
