The Nest is a boho inspired A-Frame home with 3 bedrooms and 2 full baths. This unique home has a large loft master bedroom with vaulted ceiling that overlooks the living and dining areas. This multilevel home features a dining room that seats eight, games to play with family and friends, a coffee bar with selection of coffees and teas, and an outdoor space with a fire pit. Less than hour from Austin and San Antonio. 25 minutes to New Braunfels. Fast fiber internet for business travelers!

Relax on the couch and watch movies in this colorful boho inspired home. Curl up with a good book in the master bedroom secret nook! Play games or sample coffee from the coffee bar. Hang out and cook s'mores in the back yard fire pit. Super FAST fiber internet, if you are staying for business. Short or extended stay, The Nest has everything to make you feel comfortable during your stay in Seguin.

Nice Place / Could use Up dating

I gave this home an overall 3 Star rating. Home is nice, but could use some modifications to make it more comfortable for future guests. Consider having televisions in every bedroom. Having 1 television is not good for multiple guests. Also, provide more comfortable seating for your guests. Consider adding better lighting over the dining room table. Lastly, consider updating the refrigerator to support an automatic ice maker. Yet, this is a very nice home and beautiful community. Thank you

Our cozy little Nest!

This little Nest is simply cozy and charming. The decor is amazing. It made me feel like we had stepped back in time. It has a modern feel with vibes from the late 60s-70s. The furniture is so cute and comfortable. The loft bedroom is where I slept. That room is fantastic. The bed Is so cute and comfortable. There’s the cutest little niche for lounging and reading etc. The stairs are steep but this 70 year old lady managed quite well I think. The patio in the backyard is perfect for sitting around talking late into the night. The neighborhood is so quiet. Then last but not least, the communication with Sarah was great. She answered us so quickly and took such great care of us. Thank you for a truly wonderful visit to the Seguin area. We’ll be back!

So Cute!!!!

We loved our visit to this precious town... so much to see!The house was lovely and so thoughtfully put together! The whimsical reading nook in the Master Bedroom was our 17 year old son's favorite spot, The Coffee Bar Corner was mine and my husband loved the fire pit!! The small town feel of the neighborhood was an unexpected & fun feature... there are chicken in the neighbor's backyards, y'all!!!! Neighbors were lovely, but literally in the backyard, too... no privacy fence...that was the only "thing" (if you could even call it that)... other than that - precious!!!!!

Great stay

This place was clean and nicely decorated. The only thing we really had issue with was the size and lighting in the kitchen, but granted, most probably don’t “cook in” like we do. Sarah was quick and helpful with our needs. If ever in Seguin again we wouldn’t hesitate staying here.

Clean & quiet rental

We enjoyed our stay at this super cute VRBO rental! The kids loved the reading book, the personal touches were appreciated and felt like home away from home.
