We were very pleased with our stay. Everything was as described. The area was very quiet. It was close to shopping and many good restaurants that we took advantage of. Listening to the fountains in the pond and seeing the ducks and turtles there was captivating. We look forward to coming again next year.

Not as advertised

We chose this condo because of the shuttle service to the beach. The shuttle did not run while we were there, causing us to find alternative methods of transportation. Also, the condo was infested with roaches. Very dissatisfied

I am very sorry this guest had such a bad experience. A prior guest was very messy and created a situation that attracted roaches. Additionally, my cleaning team was unreliable. I take full responsibility for this situation. I tried to compensate the guest by paying for a hotel and refunding much of their payment. Again, I apologize for your bad experience. I share in your frustration - as it is not the way I want my guest to feel. To correct this problem, I took the unit of the market for several months so that we could address the infestation.

Family Getaway!

The property owner was very responsive. Very nice subdivision with 2 pools (Neighborhood and Main Pool) Very close to Route 17/Kings Drive and short drive to beach. The condo is nicely decorated with all the necessities. We would stay here again!

Great Condo, Great Location, Great Owner

This condo was perfect for us! The owner communicated great, I liked that it was on the first floor so we did not have to go up and down stairs with our bags, and everything was very nice. Highly recommend. Will definitely book here when we're back next year, God-willing.

Great Place

Very nice, very convenient to everything. Robert, the owner, was very accessible and always got right back to us. We stayed for 3 months, while our house was being built. I would definitely stay again, and recommend it to my famile.

So much fun

We absolutely loved staying in this condo! We loved how close it was to everything. Everything in the condo was clean and tidy for us and having access to kitchen utensils was honestly an amazing aspect. The resort was also really nice and super easy to navigate. Thank you Robert for letting us stay!

Very Safe Location

Overall our experience was good. The condo is in a very nice residential resort complex. It was very quite the entire weekend. It is located near shopping and restaurants. The condo was very spacious and was stocked with everything we needed. The owner was very easy to work with.

Great stay

We one minor issue which the property owner promptly resolved. One of the smoke detectors sounded off and was in need of replacement or batteries. I notified the owner and he promptly sent a repair person to assess the situation. It was a faulty alarm which was replaced. Otherwise the stay was comfortable and pleasant with a good location for simply sitting out and enjoying the sun.

The reservation process was seamless and communication with the property owner was good. The unit is lovely and well equipped. Our original stay was to be for 30 days, but due to unforeseen circumstances, we needed an additional 30 days and the owner was willing to accommodate us for the additional. I would definitely recommend this property to anyone. It is located in a beautiful golf resort.

Mid September to mid October 2018

We stayed at Robert's condo from mid September to mid October 2018 while looking for an apartment after relocating to Myrtle Beach. We were schedule to arrive about one week after hiurricane Florence came through and Robert was very proactive in communicating the status of the area to us and we were able to arrive on schedule. The condo was perfect for our needs and has everything you would want or need for a short or extended stay. It is close to the pool and with a pond and ducks out back is in a great setting. We a few minor plumbing issues while there, which we communicated to Robert, who had them quickly corrected. The only reason for only four stars are some minor cleanliness issues and an electric stove that is difficult to cook on. We would recommend Robert and his condo to anyone.

Perfect place for a nice getaway

Very nice place! Quiet surroundings and a nice balcony in front of a fountain. The pool is right around the corner which is super convenient. Everything in the apartment was nice and clean and met my needs. Plenty of kitchen ware to cook with and I couldn't have asked for anything more. Would recommend to anyone!

Great stay as always. We have been staying there since 2012.

We had a nice stay. The weather was suspect most days but that’s par for the course in early June. We finally went to the large pool this year too. It’s spacious, clean and has a hot tub! Sorry it took us so long to find that gem. I would highly recommend staying at Roberts condo. You won’t find a nicer, accommodating, condo owner than Robert. Thanks again!

My guests and I had an amazing time in Myrtle Beach and that was greatly due to the fact that Robert's place is so nice. The unit is right next to the community pool and a beautiful pond. We loved that aspect very much! The unit is spacious and has quite a few kitchen items you may need. It was perfect for a group of 4-6. The place was clean for the most part, however there were some things that could have been cleaner that I spoke to Robert about. He was great to communicate with and I look forward to staying here in the future!

I moved from New Jersey so I needed a place to stay just a few months till I got myself situated. The place was super clean and everything I could ever need was all in the house. The landlord was super nice and always got back to me right away. I would definitely recommend this place to someone.

Great vacation rental!!

We rented the condo for our family vacation and were very pleased with the property. The condo was clean (coming from a germaphobic) and equipped with all the basic necessities and had beautiful backyard view. Though we initially had problems with check-in, the owner was responsive and resolved the issue in a timely manner. I plan to use him in the near future and would highly recommend him and Barefoot Resort to everyone.

Awesome family reunion accommodations!!!

We rented the home for our family reunion. My brother and his wife were traveling all the way from Luxembourg so I really wanted to find a nice place for us all to stay.. And I did just that!!! The condo was very clean and equipped with all the basic necessities. Also, Mr. Washington was such a pleasure to work with. I plan to use him in the future and would recommend him and Barefoot Resort to everyone.
