1st Floor Casual Condo in popular North Myrtle Beach Barefoot Resort New Updates

Our causal condo is located in the gated River Crossing community of Barefoot Resort. This cozy first floor, two bedroom, two bath end unit has extra windows providing lots of natural light. The screened in patio is steps away from the 4th green on Barefoot's Norman Golf Course. Also only steps away, the community pool area is complete with picnic tables and barbecue grills.
The condo is in excellent condition with recently updated amenities, including new countertops and appliances in the kitchen. Comfortable furnishings allow you to spread out and relax. Other recent upgrades include flooring and furnishings. The second bedroom has two twin beds. A queen size sleeper sofa in the living room allows room for up to 6 guests in the unit. The kitchen is fully equipped with dishes, drink ware, cookware, utensils, and more. Make your morning coffee by the pot or by the "pod" with the new dual function coffee maker. Bedroom and bathrooms linens are provided for your stay. A new washer and dryer unit is also conveniently located in the condo.
Our River Crossing community is a short distance to Barefoot's driving range, Putter's Pub, and the main Club House, the starting point for the four world class golf courses on site. A nice walk, bicycle ride or short drive will take you to Barefoot Resort's large North Tower pool area and the Marina Bar & Grill. A free shuttle can also take you to those amenities as well as the beach. The popular shops and restaurants at Barefoot Landing are just across the Barefoot swing bridge.

Great condo on the golf course

Condo was clean, close to a great beach, that I visited almost every evening. Right on the golf course. Has a big screened in porch. My wife and I were comfortable and we enjoyed the use of your condo thank you.

Barefoot resort

We were very pleased with the location of the condo. Close enough to restaurants, golf, etc without being caught up in the busy areas of 17N. Nice wooded view from lanai. Very close to Rt. 31.Condo was clean, spacious and decorated very nicely. Kitchen was well supplied.

Great condo, lovely community

This is such a great condo. It was very clean, updated and has beautiful decor. It was the perfect size for my family of 4. The location is great too. It’s a lovely community with access to pools, restaurants and shopping. It was only a short drive to the beach and there’s a lot to do in North Myrtle Beach. The owners also had a binder with great restaurant recommendations. Check in and check out expectations were very clear and easy to understand. I highly recommend this property!

Barefoot Resort Condo

This condo is all that it says in the description. Very clean, quiet condo situated inside a very nice resort with all the amenities that you could want. The proximity to the pool was a big plus. Would recommend to anyone looking for nice spot. The owners are very organized and responded promptly to our inquiries. Thanks Howard and Paula. June 2023

very disappointing

bathroom and kitchens floors dirty, bath tub in master bedroom wouldn't drain my husband had to fix it, had to clean clothes dryer there was so much lint, the oven was filthy, the internet was so bad that half the time there was no service for our phones and no TV as well. we will never go back there again. it cost us a lot of money to stay there and it wasn't worth it. also the kitchen counters were dirty.

I'd Give Six Stars if I Could!! ******

Our family absolutely LOVED our recent stay at this beautiful condo in the heart of North Myrtle Beach. From the initial point of communication with Howard and Paula, we knew we had made the right choice! The check-in process was a breeze and we found the condo super clean and matching its description exactly. The decor is beautiful and the view of the backyard/golf course is awesome. We had to reach out to Howard regarding one little issue (it turned into nothing) and he was very quick to respond and did so with kindness and patience. The kitchen, dining room and living room area are so spacious and our family loved the openness of the layout. The condo is literally right across the street from one of the many available swimming pools and we loved using it time and time again. The beach was a seven or so minute drive away and even on the busiest of days we didn't have any issues finding parking. Plenty of washcloths, towels, etc. were provided and we appreciated some basic cleaning/household items being left behind by other renters. As we stayed for 10 days, we appreciated having access to the broom, sweeper, etc. unlike other places where we've stayed and they've been locked up. I simply can't rave about this condo enough and truly hope to stay there again in the future. Thank you Howard and Paula for allowing us to stay in your beautiful home! It was a pleasure!!

Perfect Place for a Getaway

This is the perfect place to stay if you are looking for a location that is in the center of great restaurants, shopping, pools and close to the beach! We loved the convenience of being so close to everything. The property is beautiful, beds are comfortable and the check-in/check-out was easy! We loved our vacation here!
